美国签证审核后，通知签证的电邮是如何写的？

请问美国签证审核后，发电邮通知邮寄护照的电邮内容大概是什么？ 通知的电邮中有写，'签证approved'字样吗，还是就写，请寄护照到使馆。 有没有哪位同学收到通知的样板。
