我在德国这个组工作了1年多了 不想换组 但是你说那个有这么个要求

It is possible to apply when the applicant has already started at the receiving institute. But
note that the maximum amount of time spent at the receiving institute must not
exceed 7 months at the relevant closing date for application (15 February 2013).
Therefore applicants who have started at the receiving institute before 15 July 2012 will
not be eligible to apply.

还是不符合啊
