德国情报局说，至少17ISIS做为难民进入欧洲。大部分死了或者被抓（说明少数还没找到），包括巴黎空袭的两个，法国自首的一个，和前一阵在德国被抓的3个。自首那个和德国被抓那3个打算用炸弹背心和枪行动。

The alleged plot foresaw two militants blowing themselves up with explosive vests in the western German city's historic centre and the remaining men killing as many people as possible with firearms.
