斯图一区wg五月起找nach

Mineralbad附近4人WG，5月起租，租金567欧包括暖气，另外电费一个月大约19（目前，可能会涨价），网12-15， 6个月起租。
房间大约12-15平，三个窗户采光很好。
房子离ubahn很近，走路5分钟，车也很多10分钟到市中心，2站路到bad canstatt 中心。附近都是公园，景色很好。
室友人都挺好的，工作或在读。
部分家具需要nach，150欧左右，具体可商量。回国了一些不用的东西你要也可以留给你。
