【岗位描述】
1. 参与或主导区域内售后问题失效分析流程的制定和实施，输出分析报告
2. 参与或主导重大客诉问题攻关，及时完成市场问题根因定位
3. 识别共性问题，推动专项改进，从设计端规避同类问题
4. 对前端售后服务部门提供技术支持和培训，如测试手法，log抓取，用户问题场景获取指导
5. 依据区域内不同售后服务模式走访服务站，网点等，了解和反馈市场风险问题信息，包括高发客诉的软硬件问题风险HL及真实问题反馈率验证
6. 推动完成区域内问题本地闭环指标与售后相关质量改进指标
1. Participate in or lead the formulation and implementation of the regional after-sales problem failure analysis process, and output analysis reports
2. Participate in or lead the research of major customer complaints, and timely complete the root cause positioning of market problems
3. Identify common problems, promote special improvements, and avoid similar problems from the design side
4. Provide technical support and training for the front-end after-sales service department, such as test techniques, log capture, and user problem scenario acquisition guidance
5. Visit service stations and outlets according to different after-sales service modes in the region to understand and feedback market risk information, including the risk HL of hardware and software problems with high frequency of customer complaints and the feedback rate verification of real problems
6. Promote the completion of local closed-loop indicators for problems in the region and related after-sales quality improvement indicators
【职位要求】
1. 软件工程或电子工程相关专业统招本科及以上学历
2. 3年以上软件或硬件开发经验，或失效故障分析经验
3. 了解手机常见失效问题和可能的失效机理，并对软硬件基础指标和测试规范有基本认知
4. 了解手机常用硬件器件，以及软硬件协调调度原理，熟悉常用器件选型，并愿意深入研究各种复杂问题
5. 硬件失效分析工程师需熟悉硬件失效分析常用工具，包括不仅限于综测仪，热成像仪，示波器，高倍显微镜，万用表，声压计等
6. 软件失效分析工程师需熟悉各芯片平台常用失效分析命令和软件代码结构
7. 英语或中文沟通可作为工作语言，有较强的沟通协调能力，能同时处理多个高优先级任务，并能和全球团队密切合作
1. Bachelor degree or above in software engineering or electronic engineering
2. More than 3 years experience in software or hardware development, or experience in failure analysis
3. Understand the common failure problems and possible failure mechanisms of mobile phones, and have a basic understanding of the basic indicators and test specifications of hardware and software
4. Understand the common hardware devices of mobile phones, as well as the coordination and scheduling principle of hardware and software, familiar with the selection of common devices, and willing to deeply study various complex problems
5. Hardware failure analysis engineers should be familiar with the common tools for hardware failure analysis, including not limited to integrated meters, thermal imagers, oscilloscopes, high-power microscopes, multimeters, sound pressure meters, etc

【岗位职责】
1. 负责国际办公室的IT基础设施的建设和运维工作，包括机房工程、综合布线、网络设备、服务器的安装调试及运维，确保系统安全、稳定运行；
2. 负责电脑、打印机等办公终端的安装、发放及日常硬件问题、桌面问题的检测和解决；
3. 负责为全球办公用户提供7*24全球IT技术支持服务，熟悉ITSM系统及ITIL相关流程；
4. 负责IT支持技术文档编写，构建IT知识库，推动IT服务标准化；
5. 定期总结IT技术支持的问题并输出报告，推动IT服务质量的优化和改善。
1. Responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure of the international office, including computer room engineering, integrated cabling, installation, debugging, operation and maintenance of network equipment and servers, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system;
2. Responsible for the installation and distribution of office terminals such as computers and printers, and the detection and resolution of daily hardware problems and desktop problems;
3. Responsible for providing 7*24 global IT technical support services for global office users, familiar with ITSM system and ITIL related processes;
4. Responsible for writing technical documents for IT support, building IT knowledge base, and promoting standardization of IT services;

【职位要求】
能力要求：
1. 沟通能力：有主动沟通的意愿，善于倾听，能够理解分配的工作内容并清晰地表达个人观点 ；能够利用常用的 Office软件、 邮件、报表、CAD等工具，进行日常工作汇报或交流。
2. 桌面支持：熟练的掌握办公电脑、打印机、扫描仪等办公终端常见的硬件问题的处理、主流操作系统的安装及Outlook、Office等常见办公软件问题的解决方法。
3. 资产管理：了解IT资产管理流程，能够使用表格或工具对办公电脑、打印机、扫描仪、防火墙、交换机、NVR等IT资产进行入库、出库、回收管理。
4. 网络运维：对网络架构有深入的了解，熟悉主流厂商设备相关配置和产品特性，掌握路由交换、数据中心、无线网络等方向技术能力，可独立完成网络设备的调试和所在办公区日常网络问题的处理。并可以指导他人解决问题。
5. 项目交付：具备良好的项目沟通协调能力，能够独立制定项目计划、部门内协调所需资源，完成所在地区项目交付。并可以指导他人完成项目交付。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，大学本科及以上学历；
2. 2年以上海外办公室网络建设及桌面支持服务经验；
3. 精通计算机网络方面专业知识，对主流路由器、交换机、防火墙、服务器产品及相关技术熟悉，有Cisco CCNP/CCIE或其他厂商相关认证优先；
4. 中、英、所在国家语言均可作为工作语言，流利沟通。同时熟练掌握其他国家语言。
Ability requirements:

Job Requirements:
1. Computer related major, bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of office network construction and desktop support service experience;
3. Proficient in professional knowledge of computer network, familiar with mainstream routers, switches, firewalls, server products and related technologies, Cisco CCNP/CCIE or other manufacturers related certification is preferred;
