中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会邀请波黑塞族共和国高速公路公司代表团访华
作者：微信文章在中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会的邀请下，塞族共和国高速公路公司代表团于2025年10月下旬赴华，赴中国进出口银行会谈，推动武科萨夫列-布尔奇科（VB）高速公路项目融资落地，到访中建三局武汉总部，与中建三局党委副书记、总经理刘鹏座谈交流，出席2025国际（武汉）智能建造产业博览会，观摩智慧梁场。
Invited by the Belt and Road Initiative Economic and Trade Committee of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation (CEATEC), the delegation of Republika Srpska Motorways visited China in late October 2025. The delegation held talks with the Export-Import Bank of China to advance the financing process for the Vukosavlje-Brčko (VB) Motorway Project. They also visited the headquarters of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group in the city of Wuhan, where they held talks with General Manager Liu Peng. The delegation attended the 2025 International (Wuhan) Intelligent Building Industry Expo and visited a smart beam yard.
10月29日，塞族共和国高速公路公司代表团在京参加中国2025金融街论坛年会。期间，塞族共和国高速公路公司代表团与中国进出口银行举行会谈，就VB项目贷款协议相关事宜进行磋商，推动VB融资落地，并正式签署波萨维纳高速公路项目合作备忘录（MOU）。
On October 29, the delegation attended the 2025 Financial Street Forum Annual Conference in Beijing. The delegation held talks with the Export-Import Bank of China to discuss the loan agreement for the VB Motorway Project, advancing the financing process for the project. The two parties signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Posavska Motorway Project.
10月31日，中建三局党委副书记、总经理刘鹏在武汉与塞族共和国高速公路公司总经理拉多万·维斯科维奇举行会谈。双方就VB项目融资落地、深化战略合作、共同推进泛欧5C高速公路及其他重点项目达成共识。公司党委书记、董事长张金军参加会谈。
On October 31 in Wuhan, Liu Peng, General Manager of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group, held talks with Radovan Viskovic, acting director of Republika Srpska Motorways. Both parties reached a consensus on securing financing for the VB Motorway Project, deepening strategic cooperation, and jointly advancing the Pan-European Corridor Vc and other key projects. Zhang Jinjun, Chairman of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group, attended the meeting.
11月1日上午，塞族共和国高速公路公司总经理拉多万·维斯科维奇应邀出席2025国际（武汉）智能建造产业博览会国际合作发展会议，与来自多国的嘉宾共同探讨前沿技术、创新理念与合作机遇。
On November 1, Radovan Viskovic was invited to attend the Internatinal Cooperation and Development Conference at the 2025 International (Wuhan) Intelligent Building Industry Expo. He had in-depth discussions with attendees.
11月1日下午，塞族共和国高速公路公司代表团一行参观汉南大通道项目智慧梁场，现场观摩智慧梁场的数字化生产、自动化张拉、BIM信息化管理等现代化施工技术，对中建三局在智能建造领域的创新成果给予高度评价。
In the afternoon, the delegation visited the Smart Beam Yard of the Han'nan Grand Channel Project. They observed modern construction technologies such as digital production, automated tensioning, and BIM information management. The delegation highly commended the innovative achievements of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group in the field of intelligent construction.
