关税拖累汽车巨头业绩不及预期

本届美国政府于4月初对进口汽车及关键汽车零部件征收25%的关税，并将进口钢铁和铝及其衍生制品的关税提高至50%，相关举措对全球汽车行业造成严重冲击。总部位于欧洲，旗下拥有吉普、道奇、菲亚特、克莱斯勒和标致等品牌的跨国汽车制造商斯泰兰蒂斯集团（Stellantis）日前表示，受到美国政府加征关税等因素影响，该集团在今年上半年面临23亿欧元亏损。沃尔沃汽车近期公布的二季度营业利润同比大幅下滑。沃尔沃汽车公布的2025年二季度财报显示，剔除影响可比性的项目后，二季度营业利润降至29亿瑞典克朗，而去年同期为80亿瑞典克朗。公司在财报中表示，消费信心下滑及新增关税使市场需求持续疲软、波动加剧，汽车行业整体面临严峻挑战。

虽然美国加征关税的意图是保护并壮大美国汽车产业，但作为供应链高度全球化的行业，没有一家汽车企业能独善其身，美国本土的汽车企业也不例外。通用汽车本周二发布的2025年二季度财报显示，加征关税举措导致公司当季损失11亿美元，净利润大幅下滑。不难看出，最终为关税买单的还是美国企业和消费者。

July 21, BASF has reached a major construction milestone at the Zhanjiang Verbund site with the successful mechanical completion of the first batch of plants in the acrylics complex, including the glacial acrylic acid (GAA) and butyl acrylate (BA) plants.

这一进展标志着项目朝着2025年基地正式投产的目标迈出关键一步，同时强化了巴斯夫在全球丙烯酸市场的领先地位。

This achievement marks a significant step toward the site’s scheduled start-up in 2025, further strengthening BASF's position as a global leader in the acrylics market.

巴斯夫高级副总裁、负责亚太区石油化学品业务部的梅贝瑞表示：“随着湛江全新丙烯酸联合装置的竣工，我们将进一步扩大丙烯酸全价值链的产能。这些世界级规模的全新生产装置，将助力我们以高品质、有竞争力的产品以及更短的交付周期，满足中国及整个亚洲地区对丙烯酸产品日益增长的需求。”

“With the completion of the new acrylics complex in Zhanjiang, we are further enhancing our production capacities along the acrylics value chain,” said Bir Darbar Mehta, Senior Vice President of Petrochemicals Asia Pacific at BASF. “These new world-scale production facilities will allow us to meet the fast-growing demand for acrylics in China and across Asia with a reliable supply of high-quality, competitive products and shorter lead times.”

据外媒报道，美国亚马逊公司证实，公司计划收购可穿戴设备初创公司Bee AI，这是科技巨头在生成式人工智能领域加倍努力的最新例证。

According to foreign media reports, the U.S.-Based Amazon plans to acquire wearables startup Bee AI, the company confirmed, in the latest example of tech giants doubling down on generative artificial intelligence.

成立于2022年的Bee以开发手环闻名，这款可穿戴设备具备实时记录与转录用户活动的能力，可自动生成待办事项清单并总结对话内容。

Founded in 2022, Bee is renowned for developing wristbands. This wearable device has the ability to record and transcribe user activities in real time, automatically generate to-do lists and summarize conversation content.

报道称，此次收购Bee的举动，被视为亚马逊在可穿戴硬件领域的战略调整。

It is reported that this acquisition of Bee is regarded as a strategic adjustment by Amazon in the wearable hardware field.

今年早些时候，亚马逊已为Alexa智能助手植入全新AI引擎，市场普遍猜测Bee的技术积累或将被整合至未来Alexa设备中，助力其构建更智能的交互生态系统。

Earlier this year, Amazon has implanted a brand-new AI engine into its Alexa smart assistant. The market generally speculates that Bee's technological accumulation may be integrated into future Alexa devices to help it build a smarter interaction ecosystem.
