奥迪利润跌超三成,关税与转型成主要压力

当地时间7月28日，德国汽车制造商奥迪公司发布2025年上半年财报显示，其税后利润为13.46亿欧元，同比下降37.5%。

对此，奥迪首席财务官于尔根·里特斯贝格尔表示，利润下滑主要有两大原因。一是美国关税冲击。自4月3日起，美国对从欧盟进口汽车加征25%关税，奥迪作为德国车企深受影响，已损失约6亿欧元。二是企业自身转型成本增加，在向电动化、智能化转型过程中，研发投入、工厂改造等费用攀升。
奥迪在销量方面也不容乐观。今年上半年，奥迪全球汽车交付量同比下降约6%。面对困境，奥迪正加速推进“公司历史上最大规模的转型”，目标是在中期内每年节省10亿欧元成本。奥迪此前宣布，将于2029年底前在德国裁减约7500个工作岗位，主要集中在行政、研发等非生产领域，以此提升竞争力。同时，奥迪也在评估美欧关税协议影响，考虑在美提价或建厂等应对策略。　奥迪的这一情况，不仅反映出自身发展面临挑战，也侧面体现出全球汽车行业在贸易政策不确定、技术变革浪潮下的艰难转型。

Hitachi Energy Powers China’s 66 kV Offshore Wind Farm with Dry-Type Transformers

总部位于瑞士的全球能源技术公司日立能源近日宣布，为华能集团山东半岛北L场址海上风电项目提供69 kV HiDry干式变压器产品。

Hitachi Energy, a global energy technology company headquartered in Switzerland, recently announced that it has provided the 69 kV HiDry dry-type transformers to an offshore wind power project built by China Huaneng Group at the L Site in the north of the Shandong Peninsula in eastern China.
据介绍，该项目是目前国内水深最深的海上风电场，也是山东省单机容量最大的海上风电项目。The offshore wind power project is currently China’s deepest offshore wind farm and the largest in Shandong Province in terms of single-unit capacity. 预计投产后，该项目年发电量将达17亿千瓦时，能够满足约159万中国居民的生活用电。It is expected that after commissioning, the offshore wind power project will generate 1.7 billion kWh annually, sufficient to meet the residential electricity consumption needs of 1.59 million people in China. 日立能源表示，这一具有环保优势的创新设备将助力该项目实现稳定的并网发电，并帮助推动中国海上风电的快速发展。Hitachi Energy said that the new product offers environmental benefits to support stable grid integration and the reliable power supply of the offshore wind farm, serving customers in accelerating the growth of offshore wind power.巴斯夫电池材料与宁德时代签署正极活性材料框架协议
BASF Battery Materials and CATL Sign a Framework Agreement for Cathode Active Materials

据德国巴斯夫集团发布的消息，日前，巴斯夫与宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司（宁德时代）签署了正极活性材料框架协议。According to the information released by the German-based BASF Group, BASF and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) have signed a framework agreement for cathode active materials. 根据协议，巴斯夫将与宁德时代在全球范围内开展合作。Under the agreement, BASF will cooperate with CATL on a global scale. 巴斯夫表示，将通过其全球生产网络支持宁德时代的全球布局。BASF said it will support CATL's global layout through its global production network.来源/经济日报微信
