Goto search all files and folder belong to 3721, delete everything in the folders. Try to find out as many links as possible that linked to 3721 program, delete them by all means. Some files are unable to be deleted, but once u have deleted other supported files, the program itself couldnt work.
3721 attack my IE only. Eventhough itseemed I have successfully deleted the program, but my IE is no longer functioning as usual. Whenever I use more than 3 IE browsers, the CPU becomes hell slow...Luckily I have Netscape Explorer as my backup browser, nowadasy I am using netscape more than IE.
Good luck to you all, I am still expecting solution to my IE.

until u can reinstall IE. This is my best solution for the moment.
