谢谢音乐虫子提供的信息，发现这不是我个人的问题，网上已经有人碰到了。

网上搜索到：

微软证实，很多MSN用户无法登陆Hotmail和MSN的服务。一周前，微软刚刚经历过类似的问题。微软产品经理拉里-戈洛索斯在声明中表示，微软在美国太平洋时间上午9:30首先发现问题，他表示，问题与Passport无关，但是确实影响一些Passport服务。

戈洛索斯表示，微软正在解决问题，但是没有说明是什么问题。他说：“我们对这一问题带来的任何不便都表示真诚的歉意。”上周的问题发生后，Keynote表示问题可能出在Passport。

一个网友写到：

无法登陆hotmail和ALL Programs 里的windows update,windows catalog等主页。和修改防火墙有关吗？

上面是我通过msn主页登陆hotmail是显示的，好像是没有cookies。

如果不是怎么修改阿（会不会是什么病毒修改了我计算机里的东西啊）？

还有，这之后还有一些功能不能用，比如法帖子时用一些语法程序（加粗体，下划线.....）点击后都没有反应。会是什么原因？


以下是我根据一些建议对我的电脑系统进行过的调整：


1.你的电脑上的“日期/时间属性”是否设置正确：双击时间，检查日期和时间是否正确设置。

2.如果你的hotmail帐号和密码没有保存，你需要确认你输入的帐号和密码是正确的（请注意大小写字母及帐号的后缀）

3.禁用您浏览器中的“自动检测”设置。对于 Internet Explorer 用户，请单击 IE“工具”菜单、单击“Internet 选项”、单击“连接”选项卡、单击“局域网设置”按钮、然后清除“自动检测设置”框。

4.清除IE cache和Cookies：打开Internet Explorer浏览器，按工具菜单，然后选择“Internet 选项”，点击“删除文件”按钮和“删除 Cookies”按钮。

5.检查 IE 安全设定：打开Internet Explorer浏览器，按工具菜单，选择“Internet 选项”，选择“高级”，拖动滚动条到安全选区，证实“检查服务器证书吊销”没有被选中，同时证实“使用 SSL 2.0”和“使用 SSL 3.0”被选中。然后按“确定”。

6.点击“开始”--“运行”，键入：
regsvr32 softpub.dll
然后按“确定”

7.检查错误的代理服务器设置。在 “工具”菜单上，单击“选项”。在“连接”选项卡上，确保您清除了“我使用代理服务器”复选框。

8.防火墙和第三方应用程序可能会影响连接到 hotmail。您可以禁用应用程序、防火墙或打开防火墙相应端口，然后尝试连接。

9.如果您为局域网使用 ICS 或路由器，则可能需要调整一些设置或更新硬件/固件驱动程序。

10.还有可能是服务器暂时关闭正在维护或达到了 Internet 的最大通流量（使用率高峰期间）。请稍后再试。也可以检查服务器状态页以查看服务器的最新信息。

除了防火墙那个不会弄以外我都试了。没有一点效果。

Hi Marvin! I'm yet another user with the 0x81000301 error problem. I'll try to be as complete as possible in this post so we can get some things out of the way all in one post.  A few days ago I began receiving the 0x81000301 error message when attempting to sign into MSN messenger 6.1. I also can't sign in to my hotmail account or any other email service, including Outlook Express from my computer. (I can, however, still sign into AOL messenger) My roommate and I have our computers connected through a router, and I don't have a problem connecting to MSN or checking email when using her computer. I have Windows XP Home Edition, and everything has been up to date until recently. I also began getting ANOTHER error message when trying to connect to Windows Update. That error is: 0x800C0005. These errors both involve connectivity problems, but I don't know why! I do know I am connected to the internet, because I can still view most webpages.

hi all,

i have the same problem, i also followed the steps on the others posts, even the msdn one, but i cant make it work

im running windows xp , with msn messenger 6.2 , ( also tried win messneger, and msn 6.1)
im behind a gateway, and my lan connection is configured the same than others pcs in the same lan ( msn works on those pc )
the gateway is a router running freesco, which connects to dsl.

i think the problem is related to passport , bc i cant even log to hotmail ,
if i open ie explorer i get stuck on :
http://loginnet.passport.com/login.srf?id=...=58378&_lang=ES

i cant enter to microsoft.com nor msn.messenger.com among others

if i plug my dsl modem directly to this pc and log in with pppoe connection everything works.

PD: if i intentionally put a wrong password when login, i get instantly a message saying that my pass is wrong (303)
i also uninstalled norton systemworks, panda titanium detected no viruses.

研究了半天，还是没有成功！！$晕死$

我的盗版现在不能升级了，可以连接下载，但是按装的时候，就显示不能通过logo test！！以前是可以升级的。$我倒$

奇怪的是，台式机还是好好的。

等放假了，重装一遍试试。

ps 谁有可以升级sp2 的xp啊，，能转让么？

我的也是登陆困难，常常要试5，6次甚至更多才行，是不是内部的问题，不是说MSN，HOTMAIL要升级邮箱空间??
