As a subsidiary of a huge successful multinational ecommerce and logistics organization, We are a tech-first eCommerce fulfilment and logistics solutions specialist that connects retailers, manufacturers, shipping companies, and couriers to provide end-to-end logistic solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager in fulfilment or logistics industry to join our journey in the Deutschland market and assist in building out the Sales Function internally and achieving the commercial success of our business.

The Individual
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, securing key partnerships and retaining and strengthening our existing business. This role, working closely as part of a high performing team will play a significant role in the success of the company as we strive to achieve our business goals.
Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years’experience coming from a background in fulfilment and logistics. You’ll be motivated, results-driven, and have a proven track record in relevant roles in order to join our impressive team.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, promoting our business, playing a key role in securing new contracts and onboarding new customers.

About you
• You are a highly motivated self-starter with sound knowledge in logistics.

Essential Criteria

Sales Internships

Job Description.
1. Responsible for the construction of the sales support process system; the implementation of sales contracts (signing contracts, making orders) and the management and storage of documents and information.
2. Assist sales staff , timely transfer of customer information and proper handling.
3.Assist sales in handling bidding work.
4.Responsible for collecting, organizing and summarizing accounts receivable and other information, sending them to the department's business personnel on a regular basis, helping salesmen to apply for invoices and reminding them to pay back in time.
5. Assist sales to deal with customer borrowing and returning goods.
6. Complete daily work reports.

Job requirements.
1.Bachelor degree or above, relevant experience is preferred.

Logistics Operation Improvement

Job Description.
1.Responsible for developing and revising warehouse receiving and shipping, operational processes, and improving the processes and standards.
2.Responsible for assigning warehouse staff work and daily work supervision, fully mobilize and lead warehouse staff to complete the work.
3.Timely reflect the warehouse inventory status and ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
4.Establish safety stock mechanism, stock analysis and control.
5.Manage logistics suppliers and continuously improve the service level to customers.
6.Regularly summarize and report all warehouse logistics management reports.
7. Other work assigned by the leadership.

Job requirements.
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.More than 3 years of management experience in warehousing and logistics related fields.
3.Familiar with logistics management business process, have rich experience in process management.
4.Familiar with warehouse management software.
5.Good communication and negotiation ability, team management ability, independent working ability, able to bear certain work pressure.
6. Have logical thinking ability, good at thinking and summarizing.
7. Skilled in Word, excel, PPT.
8. Permanent residence status, fluent in German is preferred.
