1 Wenn der vollständige Depoteröffnungsantrag von Ihnen im Aktionszeitraum 17.01.2023 bis 31.03.2023 bei uns eingegangen ist und Sie innerhalb von 12 Monaten nach Depoteröffnung einen Wertpapiersparplan einrichten, können Sie alle sparplanfähigen Wertpapiere (ETFs, Fonds, Aktien, Zertifikate/ETCs) in den 12 Monaten nach Depoteröffnung kostenlos besparen. In diesem Zeitraum entfallen Orderentgelte und Ausgabeaufschläge. Danach wird der Preis für die Sparplanausführungen an die regulären Konditionen (gemäß Preis- und Leistungsverzeichnis) angepasst. comdirect behält sich vor, dieses Angebot jederzeit zu modifizieren, zu verlängern oder zu beenden.

2 Die Eröffnung des Wertpapiersparplanes muss innerhalb der ersten 3 Monate nach Depoteröffnung erfolgen und der Sparplan muss innerhalb der ersten 3 Monate nach Depoteröffnung mindestens 1-mal ausgeführt werden. Die Gutschrift des Zuschusses iHv. EUR 50,00 erfolgt nach erstmaliger Sparplanausführung auf das jeweilige Verrechnungskonto des Kunden. Ausgeschlossen von der Prämienzahlung sind Kunden, deren Depot von einem Finanzdienstleister betreut wird. Die Prämienzahlung zur unmittelbaren Investition in Depotwerte unterliegt der Kapitalertragsteuer zzgl. Solidaritätszuschlag und gegebenenfalls Kirchensteuer. Die beschriebene Steuerpflicht mindert die Prämienauszahlung entsprechend.

3 Nach 3 Jahren bleibt Ihr Depot kostenlos, wenn Sie mindestens 2 Trades pro Quartal tätigen, ein Girokonto bei comdirect führen oder regelmäßig in einen Wertpapiersparplan einzahlen (mindestens eine Ausführung pro Quartal).
