check看运气。我参加biomedical optics的会，本身就是这个方向的，没有被check。不过去了使馆两次，因为第一次指纹电脑不能识别，block了我的整个申请系统。第二次去又是酒精纸擦手又是擦屏幕的，还让使劲按，就怕又识别不了。签证官倒是挺好，但是她也无能为力，只有电脑能识别了他们才能处理签证，不然我还得再跑一趟。。。还好第二次指纹能识别了，两天还是三天后收到的签证。

这里提醒女生们，如果自己的指纹纹路比较细，一定要注意啊。

好像从1。3。2010 开始，规则又改了，156，157 表格不需要提交了，需要提交一个160 表格。详情可以参考1楼的地址。

You must complete a Form DS-160 Non-Immigrant Visa Electronic Application.


   1. This form captures your information electronically and transmits it to the Department of State for processing.
   2. The form can be completed at https://ceac.state.gov/genniv.
   3. When you have completed the form, you will be asked to print the confirmation page of the form containing the barcode.
   4. Bring the confirmation page with the barcode to your appointment.
   5. Applicants will not need to provide a printed application form to the Consular Officer during the visa interview, only the confirmation page with the bar code.

You do not need to complete the DS-156, DS-157 or DS-158 forms.
