求一个slogan的英文："合理的设计和充满个性的奢华"

朋友为国内一个楼盘做宣传，打出的英文slogan是：Sensible Architecture and Personalized Luxury!
这一句话怎么看怎么像Chinglish....{:5_383:}
还请坛子里的各位英文达人们指点一二，这句话的地道英文应该如何翻译？

要突出的是楼盘的“合理”的规划，不知这个“合理的”该用什么词解释？
原文只要“合理的设计 和个性化的奢华”
不知道这个按字面上应该怎么翻译？
