中央经济工作会议近日召开，我国2011年的货币政策正式发生了转向。多位专家分析认为，明年稳健的货币政策或将“中性偏紧”，央行将继续回收过剩流动性以防通胀加剧，新一轮加息周期或将到来。

专家表示，除了最近出台的措施外，也不排除会提高利率。我们已经进入了加息周期。

6 w3 e3 B9 i; y8 w: J" O文中的interest rate hike cycle就是指“加息周期”，也称为“加息通道”，指的是在一定经济周期内的连续加息。这里的hike就指的是“价格、花费等的大幅度提高，猛增”，cycle就是“周期，循环”，例如business cycle（商业周期）、career cycle（职业周期）。

, Y: r' W$ Z# @; r" R近期，由于hot money（热钱）的涌入，imported inflation（输入型通胀）风险增加，而且property bubble（资产泡沫）有加剧的危险。为此，我国严格限定银行的lending quota（贷款额度），抑制speculative demands（投机性需求），避免出现inflation fear（通胀恐慌），并清理local government-backed investment units（地方融资平台），避免出现系统性风险。
