一带一路环境技术交流与转移中心（深圳）与物链控股（深圳）集团有限公司成立新型易货贸易联合工作组。工作组以“绿色赋能 + 贸易创新”为核心导向，立足全球视野整合产业资源、环境技术成果与跨境易货网络优势，精准锚定 “一带一路”共建国家贸易需求痛点。通过构建资源高效匹配、合作快速落地的全链条服务体系，为“一带一路”贸易畅通注入创新动能，助力“双循环”新发展格局下绿色贸易与可持续发展深度融合，谱写国际产能合作与生态共赢新篇章。

The Belt and Road Center for Environmental Technology Exchange and Transfer (Shenzhen) and the Shenzhen Group Holdings Limited have established a new type of barter trade joint task force. The task force is focused on “green empowerment + trade innovation”. With a global perspective, it integrates industrial resources, environmental technology achievements and cross-border barter network advantages, accurately anchoring the pain points of co-building “Belt and Road” national trade needs. By building an all-chain system of services that efficiently matches resources and collaborates quickly, it injects innovation dynamics for smooth “Belt and Road” trade, contributing to the deep integration of green trade and sustainable development under the new “double cycle” development framework, writing a new chapter in international capacity cooperation and ecological win-win.

全国首家服务绿色“一带一路”建设的国家级实体平台，由生态环境部和深圳市政府共建，旨在发挥深圳先行示范优势，聚集国际国内优质资源，开展绿色技术交流合作，带动产业和技术转移，推进我国与“一带一路”共建国家环保合作，助力绿色“一带一路”高质量发展。

It is China’s first national-level physical platform serving the construction of the Green Belt and Road. Co-built by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, it aims to leverage Shenzhen’s pioneering and exemplary advantages, gather high-quality domestic and international resources, conduct green technology exchange and cooperation, drive industrial and technological transfer, promote environmental protection cooperation between China and Belt and Road partner countries, and support the high-quality development of the Green Belt and Road.

成立于2023 年 8 月，以“探索国际易货中国方案、推动国际易货联合发展”为己任，致力于构建全球覆盖的易货交易网络。以“一带一路”沿线国家和地区为重点，通过整合海外仓、推进非货币结算模式、增设国内交易中心、分设海外园区等方式建立全球供应链服务体系，打造完善的国内易货体系与跨境易货体系，为“一带一路”沿线国家和地区提供全链条、一体化的易货人才支持、科技赋能与金融配套服务。

Founded in August, the 2023 is committed to building a global barter exchange network with the mission of“Exploring China's international barter scheme and promoting the joint development of international barter”. Focusing on countries and regions along the Belt and Road, by integrating overseas warehouses, promoting non-monetary settlement models, adding domestic trading centers, and setting up overseas parks, a global supply chain service system will be established, and a sound domestic barter system and cross-border barter system will be built, to provide the whole chain, integrated bartering talent support, technology empowerment and financial supporting services for the countries and regions along the“Belt and Road”.
