我的英文很烂大家不要乐阿,本着严肃认真的精神帮俺出出主意
之前打电话到他们betamax总公司,给了我官方回复邮件后,我写了邮件给voipstunt
大概内容是,我是个代理销售,我有很多客人打电话打不出去,请教他们是什么原因
"some customers ask me ,now their voipstunt account have money ,but
they can't call out ,i have 4 email send to you ,but now the problem don't
be lose ,when they call out ,voip hat a info"the other party ended the call due to an unkown error .Unknown error (33) There has been an unknown error. (33) ",please help me ,now i have 5

这个邮件我从去年就发过了,这几个月又有坚持不断的发了好多次,今天早晨他们终于回复了

他们说,这些打不出去的账号都上了黑名单,他们将无法再使用viopstunt
我又立刻发了邮件给他们,问为什么上了黑名单,给一个理由,我这么写的“i want to know why in blacklist,i need a reason.”
他们也很快回复“Those users refused payments with Voipstunt or other voip labels. Which error
message do you receive?

Customer service” 大概意思好像是说没有拒绝买他们的产品,还问我收到没有收到错误的信息?
我马上回复说我的客户不知道要买你们什么产品,也没有收到过错误信息,只收到过不能打电话的未知错误33
可是英文实在太烂,估计写的他们也不大懂,哪为大大出出主意,或者帮我写一下,看看怎么回复好些
还有,我以前冲voip都是买1000欧元的ukash冲的,前几天刚刚又买了1000欧元ukash,可是发现点buy credit的时候充钱的界面是空的,没有办法冲了,奶奶的,钱都退不掉,太郁闷了
各位给出出主意吧
