猜想，萍聚的服务器是用的Alice的网络服务？

同屋WG的人以前办的Alice网络，kun在这几天。今晚从8点开始就不稳定了，时好时坏。
一开始还以为是路由器的问题，后来发现不对，应该是Alice的问题，担心可能被停了，赶紧填新的电信合同申请表。

申请表填完了，邮箱登不上了，然后发现了一个奇怪的现象，所有的网站，包括Google都上不了了，居然开萍聚还是超级快！于是推测，萍聚的服务器用的是Alice的网络服务吧，哈哈，这就相当于上内网了吗？
