怎么翻，都觉得不对劲，求高人赐教！

另一句是

Still pending for construction is the completed detailed design incl. detailed bid of tender for a 40 MWp solar parc in Italy.

说实话，我觉得这句话英语有问题！这句话的意思是：（我尽量硬译，应该能达意；LZ要翻译的话，尽量意译）

我们保存所有工程和技术绘图在本公司。同时与某些民用工程项目的有实力合作伙伴保持良好的联谊。

我分解解释：
公司投标了一个意大利的项目。
项目待建。
中间那一部分应该是说，项目的详细设计资料附录在LZ所摘录的同一份文件里，原文此处表意不详，须结合上下文理解。
