公司在帮办工作许可和工作签证，让我提交如下unterlagen:
•        1 certificates (Diploma/college)
•        1 copy of birth certificate
•        1 copy of former German address - at which you where officially registered
if applicable, provide copy of deregistration
•        1 copy of health insurance coverage
•        1 copy of Marriage Certificate
if accompanied by fam.member
•        1 copy of passport
also for fam.member, if accompanying
•        1 copy work contract
•        1 residence application form
also for fam.member, if accompanying
•        1 scan of signed pages residence application form
also for fam.member, if accompanying
•        1 signed form "Lebensgemeinschaft" (Stuttgart only)
only if fam. member accompanying
•        1 up-to-date resume/cv
in German or English

很困惑，这个birth certificate 是个什么玩意？我们有么？

必须在国内办且公证的东东，如果没有的话，需要你父母的结婚证到民政局重新办。

办美国签证时候，有时候需要这个。

试试当面出示护照，说不准就用不着出生证明了。办个出生证明，再公证，邮寄，毕竟有些麻烦。
