悲剧啊从美国的网站上买东西被美国的海关收了关税

事情是这样的
10月2号的时候在美国某网站买了瓶dior香水60多美元，收到的确认信也是这个价格，没有税面运费，可是我的信用卡被扣了80多美元
然后我就给客服发邮件问怎么回事
刚收到回信，说什么有些包裹会被海关检查，这个不在他们的控制范围内。。。
回信时这样的

countries may charge duties or taxes for some packages. I apologize for
this inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding as this is out of
our control.
美国的海关还要收这个税？？
