收到一封Ebay的英文信，不明白为什么

收到一封ebay的信，标题是
全文是 We at eBay are sorry to inform you that we are having problems with
the billing information of your account. We would appreciate it if you
would visit our eBay Billing Center and fill out the proper
information that we are needing to keep you as an eBay member. If you don't comply until the 31st May 2005, your eBay membership may be suspended, or even deleted.

我点击进去里面是一个表格，问我的地址电话，还必须有信用卡号，还有社会保险号，驾照号等等。
我自认为没在ebay的交易中干了什么违法规定的事，所以很疑惑为什么会收到这封信。问了别的朋友，他们都没收到这信。所以很担心，因为信上说如果不在5月31日之前填表格，就可能被取消帐号。更奇怪的是，信from："eBay User Agreement" <aw-confirm@ebay.com>发来，to：leidong@263.net，这个信箱根本不是我的，好像也是个中国人的，不认识是谁的。我特别看了一下以前ebay给我的信，比如帐单，或者有什么angebot，全是to我自己的 信箱，真的很怪。
会不会有什么问题！
