Migrants and refugees who have not submitted an asylum application in Serbia will now be turned back from the 匈牙利 border, a government official in Budapest has said.
From earlier today, anyone trying to get through the razor-wire frontier fence will face criminal charges and potential imprisonment or deportation back to Serbia thanks to strict new rule.

匈牙利 officials have arrested the first people breaking strict new border rules that were introduced at midnight.
Nine Syrians and seven Afghans were detained early on Tuesday for illegally crossing from Serbia into 匈牙利 under a wire fence at the border town of Roszke.
Police spokeswoman Viktoria Csiszer-Kovacs said they were suspected of lifting the razor wire fence to get into 匈牙利.
The new laws make it a criminal offence, punishable by prison or deportation, to damage 匈牙利's newly erected border defences.
A small number of refugees were allowed into 匈牙利 via the heavily guarded crossing at Roszke on Tuesday morning.
