Assistant Key Account Manager – International Customer

Your New Challenges:

• Direct reports to the Sales Director of Greater China.
• Assists the Sales Director in managing the overall operation of Sales and Marketing works for western international customers in China, and coordinates/organizes all sales activities together with the application engineering and local sales team.
• Develops and implements action plans and pricing strategies to support Company’s and department goals, and to prepare reports for Management review. Customer analysis including market segment, key accounts, etc. Competitor Analysis.
• Supports Area Sales Managers and local sales team to ensure department activities progress according to plan.
• Visits customers in cooperation with the Sales team and participates in trade shows and other marketing activities.
• Identifies new potential accounts/projects together with the Sales team.
• Coordinates work with sister plants for handling common accounts.
• Attends key customer complaints regarding products, shipments, and services.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time
  

Your Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering or Business or related courses.
• Min. 3 years of relevant sales experience for engineering products.
• Open-minded and favorable with international business experience with a technical background. Strong determination and results-oriented.
• Ability to write and communicate fluently both in English and Chinese, excellent communication skills, proficient in computer skills.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel.
• Age: 28 - 35 years
