销售工程师--铜加工业务

入职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，行业内2年或2年以上工作经验; 精通英语，国籍不限，有精通中文或其他欧洲语种者优先。

2、掌握铜加工行业发展趋势, 了解空调制冷、新能源汽车行业、工业自动化等市场需求；

3、对市场有一定的洞察力、敏感性，能及时发现、反馈市场问题，并具有问题的解决能力。

4、具备较强的学习能力，团队合作精神，有较强的沟通能力与技巧,能适应经常出差。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 or more years working experience in the industry; proficient in English, nationality is not limited, proficient in Chinese or other European languages is preferred.

2. Grasp the development trend of the copper processing industry, and understand the market needs of HVAC&R, new energy automobile industry, industrial automation and so on.

3. Have a certain degree of insight and sensitivity to the market, be able to find and feedback market problems in time, and have the ability to solve problems.

4. Have strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, strong communication ability and skills, able to adapt to frequent business trips.

岗位职能：

1.根据业务经理要求跟进标杆型客户的开发及客户关系的维护，协助跟进客户项目发展进度。

2.搜集、开发铜加工市场（铜管、铜带、铜棒）潜在客户信息，积极开发新客户，提升市场销售份额，完成销售任务。

3.对接总部工厂各项业务的开展，包括产品试样跟进、产品生产进度及发货等工作。

4.协助集团公司预约拜访客户、来访接待工作以及后期回访跟进工作，深化客户关系。

Responsibilities

1. Follow up the development of benchmark customers and the maintenance of customer relationships according to the requirements of the business manager, and assist in following up the progress of the customer's project development.

2. Collect and develop information on potential customers in the copper processing market (copper pipes, copper strips, copper rods), actively develop new customers, increase market sales share, and complete sales tasks.

3. Docking the development of various businesses in the headquarters factory, including product sample follow-up, product production progress, and delivery.

4. Assist the group company to make appointments for customer visits, visit reception work and follow-up work for later return visits to deepen customer relationships.

欧洲区域再生铜采购业务岗

入职要求：

1、 欧洲留学背景，商科或工科专业优先。

2、 优秀的沟通技巧，具备业务开拓精神和团队协作能力。

3、 能够进行市场分析，具备2年以上相关海外工作经验。

4、 能够接受定期出差，具备良好的客户服务意识。

5、 中文和英语听说读写流利；掌握德语、西班牙语、意大利语或法语者优先。

6、 持有欧盟内驾照。

岗位职能：

1、   负责在欧洲区域内采购再生铜，有效锁定新订单。

2、   独立开发新客户，定期进行客户拜访，积极参加行业会议。

3、   深入分析市场动态，制定并执行采购策略。

4、   管理再生金属供应链，确保供应稳定性。

5、   及时反馈市场信息，为公司决策提供支持。
