岗位职责：

1. Monitor the operation of the cargo terminal and the operation of the customs clearance company every day. Provide timely feedback on the situation and problems found.

2. When the company's goods are abnormal during transportation or customs clearance, it is necessary to immediately identify the problem and work with the supplier to quickly solve the problem.

3. In the process of operation monitoring, maintain a good and close communication relationship with the cargo terminal and customs clearance company to ensure that the company's goods can be processed quickly and smoothly.

4. By monitoring and analyzing daily operations, find process nodes that can be optimized and propose optimization solutions.

5. In-depth understanding of the operation logic of each link, trying to optimize the operation mode from the overall level, and improve the overall timeliness.

6. Connect with the cargo station and the customs clearance company, and gradually realize the docking between our system and the other party's system on the trajectory of the cargo.

7.Regularly evaluate and compare different cargo stations and customs clearance companies at the same airport, and regularly output operational status reports. Assist in the improvement and optimization of the company's overall process.

8.Need to be responsible for the company's timeliness KPI.

9.Need to be responsible for the quality of operation of the cargo terminal and customs clearance company.

10.Other operations related work.

任职要求：

1. More than three years of working experience in operating positions, with a sound reserve of air freight and customs knowledge, and familiar with customs clearance for EU e-commerce.

2. Have experience in training in the air transport industry. (eg, Custom inspections/customs documentation training, AWB preparation training, SITA telex traffic training,Load service training,Dangerous Goods training, etc.)

3. Have good communication and coordination skills. Can find the problem from many links and provide a reasonable solution.

4. Results oriented and good at teamwork. Ability to navigate cross-cultural teamwork.

5. Serious, meticulous and responsible.

6. Proficiency in English as a working language, a second language is strongly recommended (eg, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.).

7.Have a driver's license from an EU country and can travel frequently.
