About the Team:

As a leading Chinese cobot export manufacturer, the EMEA region is one of the important regions for Dobot. The EMEA sales team is expanding and we are looking for team members who will help shape the route to market foundation and future of Dobot business success in the DACH + Benelux region. This individual will interact on a regular basis with the General Manager of EMEA based in the Frankfurt, Germany office.

岗位1 - 渠道销售经理（德国/波兰）- 全职（多名）

岗位职责:渠道策略与关系

• 寻找、开发和维护包括技术分销在内的优质渠道商网络。
• 参与制定年度渠道战略和业务计划。
• 定期审查渠道商的经营绩效，对绩效不佳的进行根本原因分析并采取应对措施。
• 负责营销传播策略，参与推广活动，例如展览、路演、研讨会等。
• 提供市场情报并进行销售预测和报告。
  
  

任职要求:

• 5年以上搭建、开发和管理渠道销售网络的经验，对解决方案销售和渠道商管理有深入的了解。
• 具备工业自动化或机器人行业经验优先。
• 精通英语，听说读写流利，掌握德语或波兰语者优先。
• 可以接受50%的出差频率。
  
  

岗位2 - 销售工程师（德国）- 全职（多名）

岗位职责:

• 与渠道伙伴共同拜访终端用户，进行产品和解决方案演示，理解行业应用趋势。
• 开拓并维护系统集成商。
• 与区域主管和市场营销部门共同制定销售线索生成策略。
• 开展地区的营销活动，创造销售线索，传递给渠道伙伴并跟进落实。
• 收集市场情报，并提供销售预测和其他报告的支持。
  

任职要求:

• 3年以上工作经验，有制造业集成机器人解决方案咨询和销售经验者优先。
• 具备工业自动化相关设备或系统的技术知识。
• 精通英语，听说读写流利，掌握德语者优先。
• 可以接受50%的出差频率。
  
  

岗位3 - 市场营销专员- 全职（1名）

岗位职责:

• 制定并执行营销策略：制定并实施营销计划，以推广Dobot产品，提高品牌知名度，实现销售目标。
• 市场研究和分析：进行市场研究，以确定目标市场，分析客户偏好，监控竞争对手的活动，并确定可能影响营销策略的市场趋势。
• 开发营销材料和活动：创建和协调营销材料的制作，例如小册子、广告、网站和社交媒体内容。 规划和执行营销活动，利用各种渠道和平台推广Dobot产品。
• 与销售团队合作：与销售团队密切合作，为他们提供营销支持和工具，例如产品培训、销售演示、宣传材料和市场洞察，帮助他们实现销售目标。
• 预算管理：规划和管理营销预算，以确保最有效地利用资源并优化投资回报。
• 建立和维护关系：与主要利益相关者（例如分销商、零售商、广告公司和媒体机构）合作，建立关系并探索合作机会，以有效推广Dobot产品。
• 紧跟行业趋势和创新：及时了解Dobot技术的行业发展、趋势和创新，以及营销技术和工具，不断改进营销策略，保持领先于竞争对手。
  

岗位4 - 技术支持实习生- 可兼职（2名）

岗位职责：

• 以公司工业机器人（协作机器人、工业四轴、六轴机器人等）产品为核心，协助团队进行产品测试；
• 支持产品售后问题测试及定位；
• 支持售前等相关方案制定。
  

任职资格：

• 机械制造及其自动化等相关专业，具有C语言或脚本语言编程基础，Lua语言精通者优先；
• 善于观察和分析问题，具有良好的信息收集和表达能力，可通过表面现象分析到底层原因；
• 具备良好的学习能力、自我驱动力、执行力强；
• 热爱机器人领域，有机械臂学习经验优先；
• 英语可以作为工作语言，德语流利优先；
• 每周要求到岗3天以上，能全职实习6个月以上者优先。
  

岗位5 -仓管实习生- 兼职（1名）

工作内容：

• 进出口报关
• 出单→ 发货→ 贴货
• 退货→ 处理分类
• 库存→ 盘点检查
• 进出货库存系统录入
  

备注：

• 每周两次以上
• 工作时间：9点-17点半
• 工作地点：Neu-Isenburg
• 仓库工作人员因为有些货物15公斤以上需要搬运，所以需要一定的体力耐力
• 工作主要在仓库进行操作
