Description
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for leading operations and logistics services toward timely and accurate execution and is responsible for optimal cost. Accurate and timely initiate and decide on the necessity to create, verify, and consolidate documentation that is needed for warehouse management and transportation.

Responsibilities
Hands-on in every aspect of the logistics and warehouse. Admin and operations.
Running a swift and smooth fulfillment and logistics operation.
Inbound and outbound logistics operations such as; transportation, inventory control
Monitor logistics partners' performance through the development of KPIs and quarterly reviews.
Day-to-day management and development of the team (several part-time workers, several suppliers).
Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Act as a resource for peers and the team.
Qualifications
One or more years of Supply Chain / Warehouse Management / Transportation Management System / Custom Clearance experience preferred.
Proficiency in verbal & written English, Mandarin Chinese，Germany is a big advantage.
Experienced Microsoft user.
Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and accurately.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested.
A collaborative work style is required to be successful in this role.
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
