 IPB FA Process Engineer

Job Summary

 Maintain production process of assembly line, optimize process standards;

 Evaluate feasibility of new process equipment/fixture and analyzingproduct quality

 Analysis process parameters/optimization

Job Responsibilities

 Participate in new project planning; provide suggestion aboutmanufacturing resource arrangement such

as personnel,site, material flow etc. Implement relevant items with manager’s confirmationafter project

started.

 Participate in evaluating feasibility of equipment/fixture related to newproduct (project).(Co-operation with

TEF people)

 Coordinate assembly line installation and try-out

 Maintain production process of assembly-line, keep machine runningsmoothly and steadily

 Accordingto MKS2) system/EC3) updated process standard,make change record and inform related

people.

 Keep close co-operationwith TEF people.

 Participate in analyzingproduct quality.

 Participate in newassembly-line project.

 Participate in Kaizen4) team (Bosch worldwide) meeting.

 Organize and induct team member make CIP for operation and quality, reducemanufacturing cost,

improvingquality and satisfying customer’s requirements.

 Assign personnel to create and modify related procedure and workinginstruction according to quality

systemrequirement.

 Accept the assignment from section manager.

 New product project introduction specific preparation (test bench and EOLprogram preparation and

parametersetting)

Education:

 Bachelordegree in automotive engineering background or related.

Knowledge/Skills:

 Demonstrated decisionmaking.

 Computer literate inExcel, Word, Power Point.

 Good English / Germancommunication skill.

Test process

 Test process optimizationbase on process data monitoring (esp. EOL/Tester)

 EOL programming,pneumatic testing, tightness testing, electrical testing,

 Test station installationand try-out

 Maintain and keep machinerunning steadily

 According to MKSsystem/EC updated process standard, make change record and inform

related people.

 New product/projectintroduction specific preparation (test bench and EOL program preparation

and parameter setting)

Coordination

 Keep close co-operationwith TEF people.

Job Summary

 Be as contact window forcustomer projects management

 Lead production lineinvestment and relocation projects in manufacturing area

 Coordinate and implementD-Sample production

Job Responsibilities

 Be as contact window forcustomer projects with relevant departments in customer projects’ life cycle

(including new production introduction phase and mass production)

 Participate in thedesign/release of new products, at the early stage of the project, to insure

manufacturability and optimal product design

 Participate in new projectplanning; provide suggestion and feedback about manufacturing resource

arrangement such as personnel, time, technical bottle neck, materialpreparation status etc.

 Be responsible forcutomer sample preparation;

 Participate in evaluatingfeasibility of equipment/fixture/new material related to new customer project

 Coordinate fixtureordering and try-out

 Coordinate resource inMOE and implement D-sample projects on time.

 Participate in newproduction line investment planning

 Lead new production line& station design, ordering, installation and commissioning

 Be responsible for newproduction line release and ramp up

 Coordination of customeraudit
