2013年，习近平总书记提出一带一路，之后，我们取得了一项又一项的伟大成就。为了促进沿线国家青年实际合作，全国青联倡导各国青年通过国际创业交流和培训活动深化数字技术、数字经济、数字安全等领域合作，旨在促进技术转移和知识分享，消除数字鸿沟、技术鸿沟，这就是“丝路孵化器”青年创业计划。

In 2013, President Xi launched the Belt and Road Initiative. Since than, we have made a lot of achievements. For promoting the practical cooperation among youth alongside, the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF) advocates the youth to deepen the cooperation in the areas such as digital technology, digital economy, and digital security through entrepreneurship communication and training activities, which aims to facilitate technical transformation as well as knowledge sharing, and eliminate digital and technology divide. This is called the Silk Road Incubator Youth Entrepreneurship Program.
