5月15-19日,由国家商务部主办,成都市标准化研究院承办,公司所属中交二公院、中交集团国际工程技术标准研发中心(以下简称“研发中心”)协办的“一带一路”国家公路桥梁建设标准化官员研修班(中交专场)在江城武汉盛大举行。
此次研修班吸引了来自缅甸建设部、尼日利亚管理发展中心、冈比亚国家标准局、赞比亚交通运输部、塔吉克斯坦交通部、摩尔多瓦国家公路局等共建“一带一路”国家的19名官员参加。
成都市标准化研究院副院长于乾靠、中交集团科数部副总经理陈伟彬、中交二公院副总经理高云峰、武汉市商务局主任科员王彪等出席开幕式。开幕式上,陈伟彬、高云峰分别代表中交集团和中交二公院致欢迎词,向远道而来的嘉宾表示热烈欢迎,也为研修班的开班送上诚挚祝福。冈比亚国家标准局Mamadou BALDEH代表研修班学员发言,表达了对此次学习交流的期待。
研发中心和二公院下属工研院、桥梁院、国际公司领导、专家及技术人员参与活动。
研修班中交专场紧扣公路桥梁建设标准主题,采用课堂教学、现场参观、交流座谈等多种形式,为学员们带来全方位的学习体验。
在课堂教学环节,工研院余顺新、张春华以及桥梁院易蓓三位专家联袂授课,深入解读中国公路工程标准体系,全面展示中国桥梁建设的辉煌成就,以观音寺长江大桥为例,详细介绍了超大跨径组合结构桥梁的设计关键技术。课堂上,学员们积极提问、热烈讨论,现场气氛十分活跃。随后,学员们走进公司展厅,深入了解了二公院六十余载的发展历程和“交融天下 建者无疆”的企业精神。
现场参观环节,学员们参观了武汉长江大桥和杨泗港长江大桥,见证中国桥梁建设从一穷二白、技术落后、到如今崛起为桥梁强国的华丽转变。
交流座谈环节,二公院以研发中心主导策划的ISO国际标准提案为切入点,深入介绍了预应力混凝土节段式箱梁桥梁的技术要点。同时,诚挚邀请各国代表参与国际标准制修订工作,共同畅想未来合作愿景,为全球公路桥梁建设标准化发展汇聚各方智慧。借交流座谈机会,二公院与赞比亚道路发展署首席工程师Maketo MUYUNDA开展了深入的项目合作交流,双方就未来务实合作进行了详细探讨。
此次研修班不仅是一场知识与经验的分享盛会,更为“一带一路”沿线国家搭建了一个开放包容的交流平台。未来,公司将继续发力国际标准制定与推广,不断深化国际合作,以标准联通世界,为“一带一路”高质量发展,推动全球交通互联互通贡献更多智慧与力量。
From May 15th to 19th, Seminar on Standardization of Road and Bridge Construction for BRI Partner Countries (CCCC Special Session) was held in Wuhan. The event was hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, organized by the Chengdu Institute of Standardization, and co-organized by CCCC Design & Consulting Group Co., Ltd. subsidiary CCCC Second Highway Consultants Co., Ltd.(hereinafter “CCSHCC”) and Research and Development Center on International Engineering Standards, CCCC (hereinafter “CCCC R&D Center”).
The seminar program brought together 19 senior officials from ministries and agencies of Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) partner countries, including the Ministry of Construction of Myanmar, the Centre for Management Development of Nigeria, the Gambia Standards Bureau, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics of Zambia, the Ministry of Transport of Tajikistan, and the State Roads Administration of Moldova.
The opening ceremony was attended by prominent guests, including Mr. Yu Qiankao, Deputy Director of Chengdu Institute of Standardization; Mr. Chen Weibin, Deputy Manager of the Science, Technology, and Digitalization Department, CCCC; Mr. Gao Yunfeng, Deputy Manager of CCSHCC; and Mr. Wang Biao, Principal Staff Member of the Wuhan Municipal Commerce Bureau. On behalf of CCCC and CCSHCC, Mr. Chen Weibin and Mr. Gao Yunfeng delivered welcoming speeches, extending a warm reception to the international participants and expressing best wishes for the success of the seminar. Representing the trainees, Mr. Mamadou BALDEH from the Gambia Standards Bureau delivered a speech expressing keen expectations for the learning and exchange opportunities offered by the program.
Mr. Yu Shunxin, Executive Director of CCCC R&D Center; Mr. Chen Chulong, President of the Engineering Technology Research Institute; Mr. Liu Xinhua, Deputy Director of the Bridge Institute of CCSHCC; Ms. Yi Bei, Chief Engineers; Mr. Li Li, Party Secretary of International Engineering Company of CCSHCC; Mr. Cao Dong, Business Director of International Engineering Company of CCSHCC; and other technical experts also took part in the event.
CCCC Special Session of the seminar centered on the theme of highway and bridge construction standards, offering a rich and diverse curriculum including lectures, site visits, and interactive discussions to deliver a comprehensive learning experience.
During lecture sessions, Mr. Yu Shunxin, Mr. Zhang Chunhua, and Ms. Yi Bei jointly delivered lectures that offered in-depth interpretations of China’s highway engineering standards system and highlighted the remarkable achievements in China’s bridge engineering sector. Using the Guanyinsi Yangtze River Bridge as a case study, key design technologies of super-long-span composite structural bridge was elaborately introduced. The sessions sparked lively discussions and active engagement from participants. Participants were then invited to visit the corporate exhibition hall of CCSHCC, where they gained insights into the company’s six-decade development journey and its core values embodied in the motto, “Building a Better World with Integration and Boundless Dedication.”
The site visit segment included tours of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge and the Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge. These landmark projects vividly illustrated China’s transformation from a nation once lagging in bridge technology to a global powerhouse in bridge construction.
During the roundtable exchange session, discussions were launched around an ISO international standard proposal spearheaded by CCCC R&D Center. Experts introduced the technical aspects of prestressed concrete segmental box girder bridges and extended a sincere invitation to representatives from participating countries to engage in the formulation and revision of international standards. The session fostered a shared vision for future cooperation and highlighted the importance of collective wisdom in advancing global standardization. Taking this opportunity, the company held in-depth discussions with Mr. Maketo MUYUNDA, Chief Engineer of the Road Development Agency of Zambia, exploring potential collaborative projects in detail.
More than just a platform for sharing knowledge and technical expertise, this seminar program provided an open and inclusive platform for cross-border exchange. Looking ahead, CCCC R&D Center remains committed to advancing the development and promotion of international standards. It will continue to deepen international collaboration, promote connectivity through standardization, contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, and make meaningful contributions to enhancing global connectivity.
