美钢铝关税加征清单再扩围!本土产业链也要“求放过”了

当地时间8月18日，美国扩大版钢铝关税清单正式生效，将对钢铁和铝进口征收50%关税的范围进一步扩大，众多钢铝衍生产品被纳入其中。多家国际媒体指出，此举将进一步加剧全球贸易体系紧张，冲击供应链稳定性。
此次关税扩容不仅针对传统钢铁出口国，更将范围延伸至部分此前豁免地区，就连美国本土企业也未能置身事外。美国大型钢铁生产商克利夫兰·克利夫斯截至目前已关闭了三处生产设施，停产原因直指“需求疲软及成本压力”。 该公司2025年二季度亏损4.7亿美元，正在探索出售资产以挽回损失。关税提升看似在保护本土钢铁产业，但短期内市场需求下降，加上高昂的原材料成本，许多企业不堪重负。而且美国国内钢铁产能无法完全满足需求，部分企业仍需依赖进口，高关税反而使进口成本激增。
此外，制造业下游企业也深受其害，像汽车、电器等行业，由于原材料价格上涨，成本大幅提高，市场竞争力被削弱。美国汽车制造巨头通用也于近期宣布，因钢材成本暴涨，将推迟电动卡车工厂扩建计划。
经济学家警告，美国扩大钢铝关税范围这一行为，看似在保护本国产业，实则将给全球贸易和自身企业带来极大负面影响。

According to foreign media reports, on August 19 local time, OpenAI launched a subscription plan in India priced at 399 rupees ($4.57) a month, the ChatGPT maker’s most affordable offering yet, as it looks to grow in its second-largest market by user base.

该公司在其网站上的一份声明中表示，这项名为ChatGPT Go的新计划将以更低的成本提供对最新型号GPT‑5的扩展访问以及其他功能。

The new plan, called ChatGPT Go, provides expanded access to the latest model GPT‑5, and other features at a lower cost, the Microsoft-backed firm said in a statement on its website.

ChatGPT的负责人尼克·特利在社交媒体帖子中说，“让ChatGPT变得更实惠是用户的一个关键要求。我们将首先在印度推出Go，然后从反馈中学习，然后再扩展到其他国家。”

“Making ChatGPT more affordable has been a key ask from users. We’re rolling out Go in India first and will learn from feedback before expanding to other countries,” Nick Turley, who leads ChatGPT, said in a social media post.

According to foreign media reports, Best Buy, a globally renowned home appliances and electronics retail group headquartered in the U.S., is launching a third-party marketplace, as it tries to bulk up the variety of merchandise it offers and reverse slower sales.

百思买表示，这种举措能让企业在不增加库存或仓储空间投入的情况下，扩大产品组合。
Best Buy said that such a move enables enterprises to expand their product portfolio without increasing inventory or warehouse space investment.

在近期交易中，百思买的股价上涨约4%，但今年以来累计跌幅已超过12%。5月下旬，该公司公布了喜忧参半的第一季度业绩，并因关税问题下调了全年业绩预期。
In recent trading, Best Buy's share price has risen by approximately 4%, but it has fallen by more than 12% so far this year. In late May, the company reported mixed first-quarter results and lowered its full-year performance forecast due to tariff issues.
