共建“一带一路”新篇章:塞尔维亚、波黑上海浦东专题推介会在沪成功举办

当地时间9月17日下午，塞尔维亚、波黑上海浦东专题推介会在上海裕景大酒店成功举行。本次推介会由中国国际贸易促进委员会上海浦东分会与中国欧洲经济技术合作协会一带一路经贸工作委员会共同主办，旨在进一步推动中国与中东欧国家在经贸领域的务实合作，助力“一带一路”倡议高质量发展。

On the afternoon of September 17, the Shanghai (Pudong), Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina Business Seminar was successfully held at the Shanghai Eton Hotel. Jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Shanghai Pudong Sub-council and the Belt and Road Initiative Economic and Trade Committee of  China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation (CEATEC), the seminar aimed to further promote economic and trade cooperation between China and Central-Eastern European countries and contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.



浦东新区商务委员会二级巡视员，中国国际贸易促进委员会上海浦东分会常务副会长陆启星致欢迎辞，对远道而来的塞尔维亚、波黑政府及企业代表，表示热烈欢迎，并强调浦东新区将持续优化营商环境，为企业跨境合作提供全方位支持。

Mr. Lu Qixing,  Second-Level Inspector of Pudong New Area Commission of Commerce and Executive Vice Chairman of CCPIT Shanghai Pudong Sub-council, delivered a welcome speech, warmly greeting the visiting government and business representatives from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He emphasized that Pudong New Area will continue to improve its business environment and provide comprehensive support for cross-border cooperation.



波黑塞族共和国中国事务代表亚安在致辞中表示，波黑高度重视与中国，尤其是与上海浦东新区的合作，愿以此次推介会为契机，进一步拓展双边在基础设施建设、能源、科技等多领域的深度合作。

Mr. Dragan Cigoja, Representative for China Affairs of the Republika Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said in his speech that Bosnia and Herzegovina attaches great importance to cooperation with China, particularly with Shanghai’s Pudong New Area. He expressed the hope that this business seminar would serve as an opportunity to further expand bilateral cooperation in infrastructure, energy, science and technology, and other fields.





波黑外国投资促进局主任马尔科·库巴特利亚，塞尔维亚发展署亚洲中国投资团队负责人普雷德拉格·德雷蒂奇，分别就本国投资环境、产业政策、重点项目等作了系统推介，充分展现了两国优越的投资机遇与合作潜力。

Mr. Marko Kubatlija, Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Mr. Predrag Deretic, Team Leader for Asia - China Investments of the Development Agency of Serbia, respectively delivered presentations on their countries’ investment environments, industrial policies, and key projects, showcasing the favorable investment opportunities and vast potential for cooperation in both countries.







中国欧洲经济技术合作协会波黑代表处与上海市浦东新区企业走出去综合服务中心签署战略合作协议；

The Representative Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina of the CEATEC and the Shanghai Pudong Service Center for Overseas Investment signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

波黑外国投资促进局、上海市浦东国际商会、中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会签署三方谅解备忘录；

The Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Shanghai Pudong Chamber of International Commerce (PCOIC), and the Belt and Road Initiative Economic and Trade Committee of the CEATEC signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MOU).

塞尔维亚发展署、上海市浦东国际商会、中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会签署三方谅解备忘录。

Another tripartite MOU was signed by the Development Agency of Serbia, the Shanghai Pudong Chamber of International Commerce (PCOIC), and the Belt and Road Initiative Economic and Trade Committee of the CEATEC.

签约仪式后，多家浦东企业与塞尔维亚、波黑政府官员和企业代表，在制造业、能源、科技创新、跨境贸易等领域展开交流现场，气氛热烈。

Following the signing ceremony, numerous Pudong-based enterprises engaged in lively discussions with government officials and business representatives from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on topics such as manufacturing, energy, technological innovation, and cross-border trade.

本次推介会的成功举办，不仅深化了中国与塞尔维亚、波黑之间的相互了解与信任，也为三方未来在“一带一路”框架下实现更高水平、更宽领域的互利共赢注入新动力。

The successful convening of this business seminar not only deepened mutual understanding and trust between China, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also injected fresh momentum into achieving higher-level, broader, and mutually beneficial cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会会长、中欧协会波黑代表处主任陈慧，上海浦东贸促会、浦东国际商会副会长邱向荣，中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会副会长赵昊放，波黑布尔奇科特区协调员米罗斯拉夫·加夫里奇，波黑日维尼采市市长贝甘·穆希奇，出席本次活动。

Attendees included Chen Hui, Director of the Representative Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina of the CEATEC and Chairman of the Belt and Road Initiative Economic and Trade Committee the CEATEC, Qiu Xiangrong, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Shanghai Pudong Sub-council and the Shanghai Pudong Chamber of International Commerce (PCOIC), Zhao Haofang, Vice Chairman of the Belt and Road Initiative Economic and Trade Committee of the CEATEC, Miroslav Gavric, Coordinator of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Began Muhic, Mayor of the City of Živinice of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
