      2025世界青年科学家峰会将于10月在浙江温州举办，本届青科会将继续秉持“汇聚天下英才 共创美好未来”的主题，邀请全球青年科学家、企业家、创投家，探讨和分享对世界、生命及未来的思考，共同应对全球性重大挑战，共创可持续发展未来。

       第六届“一带一路”职业教育合作与发展论坛由机械工业教育发展中心、世界青年科学家联合会主办，人工智能产教融合国际联盟、温州职业技术学院、亚龙智能装备集团股份有限公司等承办。为积极响应习近平总书记关于“推动共建‘一带一路’高质量发展”与“构建全球发展共同体”的宏伟号召，深入践行第五届“一带一路”职业教育合作发展论坛的丰硕成果，持续拓展和深化“一带一路”沿线国家职业教育合作，推动职业教育迈向国际化、现代化新征程，现举办第六届“一带一路”职业教育合作与发展论坛。会议相关事项通知如下：

In order to actively respond to the grand call of the General Secretary Xi Jinping on "Promoting the high-quality development" of ‘the Belt and Road’ and "Constructing a global development community", thoroughly implement the fruitful achievements of the 5th "the Belt and Road" Vocational Education Cooperation and Development Forum, continue to expand and deepen vocational education cooperation among countries along "the Belt and Road", and promote vocational education to move towards a new journey of internationalization and modernization, the 6th "the Belt and Road" Vocational Education Cooperation and Development Forum is now held. 三、会议主要内容Conference Content

（一）主旨报告：聚焦前沿，引领方向

       邀请教育部、人社部、中华职教社等相关领导、国内外知名专家、院校领导等就全球职业教育发展趋势、“一带一路”合作政策与模式创新作主旨报告，为国际合作提供理论指导与战略规划；

1. Keynote Reports: Focus on the Frontier and Lead the Direction

Leaders from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the All-China Vocational Education Society, well-known domestic and foreign experts, and university leaders will be invited to give keynote reports on the development trends of global vocational education, cooperation policies and model innovations under "the Belt and Road", providing theoretical guidance and strategic planning for international cooperation.

（二）成果展示：共享成就，树立典范

        集中展示与会单位近年来“一带一路”职业教育合作在办学项目、课程开发、技术技能等领域取得的优秀成果，为各方提供可借鉴的实践范例；

2. Achievement Exhibition: Share Achievements and Set Examples

Focus on displaying the excellent achievements of participating institutions in "the Belt and Road" vocational education cooperation in school-running projects, curriculum development, technical skills and other fields in recent years, providing reference practical examples for all parties.

（三）经验交流：互学互鉴，启迪思路

       组织中外院校及企业代表，围绕国际化人才培养、跨文化管理、标准对接等议题分享实践经验，探讨解决方案，凝聚发展共识；

3. Experience Exchange: Learn from Each Other and Inspire Ideas

Organize representatives from Chinese and foreign colleges and enterprises to share practical experience on issues such as international talent training, cross-cultural management, and standard alignment, discuss solutions, and build consensus on development.

（四）合作洽谈：精准对接，务求实效

       设置专项洽谈环节，为与会各方提供面对面交流平台，旨在推动国际化办学、学生交流、师资培训、共建实训基地等具体合作项目的意向对接；

4. Cooperation Negotiations: Accurate Docking for Practical Results

Set up a special negotiation session to provide a face-to-face communication platform for all participants, aiming to promote the intention docking of specific cooperation projects such as international school running, student exchanges, teacher training, and co-construction of training bases.

（五）合作签约：推动落地，见证成果

       举行合作项目签约仪式，巩固论坛洽谈成果，确立一批实质性合作项目，彰显论坛的桥梁与平台作用；

5. Cooperation Signing: Promote Implementation and Witness Achievements

Hold a signing ceremony for cooperation projects to consolidate the negotiation results of the forum, establish a number of substantive cooperation projects, and demonstrate the bridge and platform role of the forum.

（六）参观考察：实地观摩，深化理解

       组织参观国内高等院校、职业院校、技工院校及产教融合型企业，了解我国职业教育发展成效，为后续合作奠定坚实基础。

6. Visits and Inspections: On-Site Observation to Deepen Understanding

Organize visits to domestic institutions of higher learning, vocational colleges, technical schools and industry-education integration enterprises to understand the development achievement of China's vocational education and lay a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.

       国内外相关政府部门及院校的领导、二级学院院长与国际合作部门负责人；工程教育、职业教育领域的专家学者及行业企业代表；省、市、县三级中华职业教育社代表； 人工智能产教融合国际联盟、中国—柬埔寨职业教育合作联盟、全国智能电气及装备行业产教融合共同体、人工智能与智能装备行业产教融合共同体等相关组织代表；以及新闻媒体代表。

      本次会议线下规模约400人。

Leaders of relevant government departments and institutions at home and abroad, deans of secondary colleges and heads of international cooperation departments; experts, scholars and industry enterprise representatives in the fields of engineering education and vocational education; representatives of the All-China Vocational Education Society at the provincial, municipal and county levels; representatives of relevant organizations such as the International Alliance of Artificial Intelligence Industry-Education Integration, China-Cambodia Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance, National Intelligent Electrical and Equipment Industry Industry-Education Integration Community, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Equipment Industry Industry-Education Integration Community; and news media representatives.
