11月14日，由中国经济联络中心与成都市人民政府外事办公室共同主办的“一带一路”中国（成都）—中东欧国家工商界对话会在成都天府新城会议中心举行。

On November 14, the Belt and Road China (Chengdu)-CEEC Business Dialogue was jointly hosted by the China Economic Cooperation Center and the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Chengdu Municipality at Chengdu Tianfu New City Convention Center.

各方在致辞中一致强调，本次对话会是深化“一带一路”框架下中国与中东欧国家务实合作的重要平台，将为各方工商界注入新的合作动能。随后，成都市投资促进局就城市投资环境及产业作了推介。

A consensus has been reached in their addresses that the event has provided an important platform for deepening pragmatic cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) under the Belt and Road Initiative and will inject new momentum into business cooperation. Following the addresses, Chengdu Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau introduced Chengdu’s investment environment and industries.





“蓉欧产业对话”暨中外工商界合作对话会，在务实高效的氛围中展开。成都市经信局市新经济委、成都市商务局先后登台，分别就成都工业经济发展与“立园满园”工作、成都商贸合作机遇进行分享。成都巴莫科技有限责任公司、成都优时通电子商务有限公司、成都特隆美储能技术有限公司和天府国际技术转移中心等本土企业及协会机构代表则分享了各自的发展经验与合作需求。

Chengdu Europe Dialogue for Industry & Business Cooperation was held in a pragmatic and efficient manner. Chengdu Commission for the Development of New Economy of Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economic and Information Technology introduced the development of Chengdu’s industrial economy and the advancement of its initiative to “build and populate the parks”, while Chengdu Municipal Commerce Bureau shared insights on opportunities for business and trade cooperation in Chengdu. Representatives of local enterprises, associations, and institutions, including Chengdu B&M Tech Co., Ltd., Chengdu YouStong E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Chengdu Tecloman Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., and Tianfu International Technology Transfer Center, shared their respective development experiences and cooperation needs.

斯洛文尼亚投资署外国直接投资促进部秘书长佐兰·斯塔马托夫斯基在发言中指出，当前中斯两国关系正处于历史最好时期，双边经贸往来稳步提升。他介绍道，斯洛文尼亚不仅拥有优越的地理位置和宜人的投资环境，更在环境技术的创新与研发上优势显著，人均研发投入位居全球前列，是中国企业进入欧洲市场的理想起点。

Zoran Stamatovski, Secretary of the Internationalization and Foreign Direct Investment Division of SPIRIT Slovenia, pointed out that the current China-Slovenia relationship is at its best in history, with economic and trade exchanges steadily deepening. He highlighted that Slovenia not only boasts a favorable geographical location and a pleasant investment environment but also excels in environmental technology innovation and R&D, with per capita R&D investment ranking among the highest worldwide. He was confident that this makes Slovenia an ideal gateway for Chinese enterprises entering the European market.



克罗地亚社民党议员，议会欧洲事务委员会副主席、克中友好小组成员伊万·拉昌回顾了中克两国三十余年以务实合作为基础的双边关系。他以佩列沙茨大桥这一标志性项目为例，证明了两国巨大的合作潜力。他提出，为促进经济平衡发展，双方可在物流、绿色转型、数字经济、食品及旅游等领域深化合作。作为欧盟成员国，克罗地亚致力于推动高标准的双边与中欧协作，坚信应以“合作、理解与友谊取代对抗，为两国人民创造切实福祉”。

Ivan Racan, Member of Parliament of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia, Vice Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on European Affairs, and Member of the Croatia-China Friendship Group, reviewed over three decades of bilateral relations between China and Croatia founded on pragmatic cooperation. Citing the iconic Peljesac Bridge project as an example, he demonstrated the significant cooperative potential between the two countries. To promote balanced economic development, he proposed deepening cooperation in logistics, green transition, digital economy, food industry, tourism, and other areas. He noted that as a member state of the European Union (EU), Croatia is committed to advancing high-standard bilateral and China-EU cooperation while firmly upholding that “cooperation, understanding, and friendship should replace confrontation to deliver tangible benefits for both peoples”.



波兰众议院议员，自由与独立联盟党议会党团副主席米哈乌·瓦威尔强调了中波合作的广阔前景。他提到，波兰作为全球经济价值链的重要一环，经济发展迅速，而成都与波兰罗兹市的紧密友城关系为地方交流奠定了坚实基础。他特别指出，汽车与信息技术作为波兰的两大支柱产业，与成都的发展方向高度契合，合作空间巨大。

Michal Jan Wawer, Member of Parliament of the Polish Sejm and Deputy Chairman of the Konfederacja Parliamentary Group, underscored the promising prospects for China-Poland cooperation. He noted that Poland, as a key link in the global economic value chain, is experiencing rapid economic development, while the strong friendship city relations between Chengdu and Lodz, Poland, have laid a robust foundation for subnational exchanges. He particularly emphasized that the automotive and information technology sectors, as two pillar industries of Poland, are highly compatible with Chengdu’s development priorities and present significant opportunities for cooperation.



斯洛伐克网络安全和国防工业企业Corvus Slovakia首席执行官克里斯蒂娜·克拉斯年斯卡介绍，斯洛伐克与中国拥有超过七十年的友好外交关系，并刚将双边关系提升为战略伙伴关系。“2024年，双边贸易额已达97.2亿美元，中国已成为斯洛伐克在欧盟以外最大的贸易伙伴。”她指出，中国的投资项目，如电池工厂和电动汽车生产，为斯洛伐克的工业与创新注入了强劲动力，未来双方在汽车、绿色科技及数字经济领域的合作令人充满信心。

Kristina Krasnanska, CEO of the Slovak cybersecurity and national defense industry enterprise Corvus Slovakia, stated that Slovakia and China share over 70 years of friendly diplomatic relations and have recently elevated bilateral relations to a strategic partnership. She remarked, “In 2024, the bilateral trade volume reached USD 9.72 billion, making China Slovakia’s largest trading partner outside the EU.” She pointed out that China’s investments, particularly in battery plants and electric vehicle manufacturing, have injected strong momentum into Slovakia’s industry and innovation, and she expressed her confidence in future cooperation between the two countries in the automotive sector, green technologies, and the digital economy.



匈籍华人，匈牙利中国社会关系发展协会主席，匈牙利丝路创新基金联席主席周永平分享了他旅居匈牙利34年，积极推动双边合作的观察与实践。他回顾道，匈牙利作为最早同中国签署“一带一路”合作文件的欧洲国家，现已拥有近四百家知名中企，成为中企在欧最大投资目的地。他成立的丝路创新协会致力于链接高校科研与产业创新，并通过建立创新园区吸引外资。在参观成都企业后，他计划将氢能、电动飞行汽车等前沿项目引入匈牙利，为中企出海投资提供全方位的商务、政策与法律支持。

Zhou Yongping, a Hungarian Chinese, Chairman of the Hungary-China Social Relations Development Association, and Co-Chair of the Hungary-China Belt and Road Innovation Fund, shared insights from his 34 years of residence in Hungary actively promoting bilateral cooperation. He recalled that Hungary, as the first European country to sign a Belt and Road cooperation document with China, has now attracted nearly 400 renowned Chinese enterprises and established itself as the largest investment destination in Europe for Chinese companies. The Hungary-China Belt and Road Innovation Fund he founded is committed to bridging university academic research and industrial innovations while attracting foreign investment by establishing innovation parks. Following his visit to Chengdu enterprises, he shared his intention to introduce cutting-edge projects, such as hydrogen energy and eVTOL projects, to Hungary and provide comprehensive business, policy, and legal support for Chinese enterprises expanding and investing overseas.



塞尔维亚商会副会长，“千禧团队”公司联合创始人兼副总经理伊万·波斯尼亚科向与会嘉宾发出了热情邀请。他介绍说，当前塞尔维亚正处于快速发展阶段，中国公司为此注入了强劲动力。随着去年中塞自由贸易协定的签署和直航的开通，双边往来更加便利。他诚挚欢迎中国工商界朋友在2027年赴塞尔维亚参加贝尔格莱德世博会，共拓合作新机遇。

Ivan Bosnjak, Vice President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Co-Founder and Deputy General Manager of “Millennium Team” Company, extended a warm invitation to attendees present at the event. He shared that Serbia is currently at the stage of rapid development, to which Chinese enterprises have contributed significant momentum. He noted that the signing of the China-Serbia Free Trade Agreement and the launch of direct flights last year have further facilitated bilateral exchanges. He sincerely invited Chinese business friends to attend the EXPO 2027 Belgrade to be held in Serbia and jointly explore new cooperation opportunities.



对话会还设置了企业自由对接环节，为中外工商界代表提供了深入交流、精准匹配的合作平台。各方代表在坦诚友好的气氛中凝聚共识，一致同意将共同把握“一带一路”倡议下的历史机遇，进一步深化中国与中东欧国家在经贸、科技、人文等各领域的务实合作，携手谱写开放共赢的新篇章。

During the event, an enterprise matchmaking session provided a platform for in-depth exchanges and precisely matched cooperation between Chinese and international business representatives. In a candid and friendly atmosphere, the representatives built consensus and unanimously agreed to jointly seize the historical opportunities under the Belt and Road Initiative, further deepen pragmatic China-CEEC cooperation in economy and trade, science and technology, culture, and other areas, and join hands to write a new chapter in openness and win-win cooperation.
