The Belt and Road Initiativeis the collective term for the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road.

“一带一路” 是 “丝绸之路经济带” 和 “21 世纪海上丝绸之路” 的简称。

Proposed by China in 2013, it is a comprehensive international initiative with the core principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits, which aims to promote global connectivity, advance international cooperation and pursue common development.

由中国于 2013 年提出，它是以共商、共建、共享为核心原则的综合性国际倡议，旨在促进全球互联互通、推动国际合作与共同发展。

Initially focusing on 65 countries along the routes(covering East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, West Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe), the initiative has now expanded to over 150 countries and more than 30 international organizations .

初始聚焦“沿线 65 个国家”（涵盖东亚、东南亚、南亚、中亚、西亚、中东欧），目前已延伸至全球 150 多个国家和 30 多个国际组织。

语言:官方语言为乌兹别克语，俄语为通用语。

Languages: Uzbek is the official language; Russian is widely spoken as a common language.

历史渊源:古代丝绸之路重要枢纽，曾历经波斯、阿拉伯、蒙古等势力影响，1991 年独立为乌兹别克斯坦共和国。

Historical Origins: A key hub on the ancient Silk Road, it was influenced by powers such as  Persia, Arabia and Mongolia; It became independent as the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1991.

气候特点:夏季温暖干燥（7月均温25-32℃），冬季北部偏凉（1月均温-6-3℃），春秋温差超10℃，全年少雨。

Warm and dry in summer (average temperature 25-32°C in July), cooler in the north in winter (average temperature -6-3°C in January). Spring-autumn temperature difference exceeds 10°C, with low annual precipitation.

文学艺术:古典音乐以 “沙什玛格姆” 为代表，舞蹈热情欢快，《乌兹别克史诗》是口头传承经典。

Literature and Art: Classical music is represented by Shashmaqom; dances are lively ; The Epic of Uzbekistan is a classic oral tradition.

民俗风情:热情好客，见面行握手礼，亲友间常拥抱。

Customs and Traditions: People are warm and hospitable; a handshake is used as a greeting, and hugs are common between relatives and friends.

传统手工艺:苏扎尼刺绣图案艳丽，阿特拉斯丝绸（Atlas Silk）、地毯编织是标志性技艺，承载民族文化。

Traditional Handicrafts: Suzani embroidery features vivid patterns;atlas Silk and carpet weaving are iconic crafts that embody the ethnic culture.
