本期有声党课以“丝路古韵焕新颜，携手共筑发展路”为主题，从乌兹别克斯坦的视角出发，深入解读中国与中亚国家在“一带一路”合作中秉承的共商共建共享精神。通过梳理中乌在互联互通、能源合作、经贸园区、人文交流等领域的标志性成果，展现两国以战略对接凝聚发展合力、以互利共赢夯实伙伴关系的成功路径，进而折射出中国与中亚国家共同谱写丝绸之路新时代篇章的深厚智慧与坚实步伐。

Fourth, drive projects in key areas. China will work with partner countries to build six major international economic corridors, establish more industrial clusters and economic and trade cooperation zones, and encourage cooperation in key areas. Together with its partner countries, China will continue to improve infrastructure networks, decide on a number of connectivity projects that will boost regional cooperation, and discuss cross-border cooperation on customs clearance. China will press forward with international industrial cooperation, continue to provide the world with high-quality and environmentally friendly industry and advanced technology and equipment, and help partner countries improve their industrial structure and enhance their level of industrialization. China will develop new ways for financial cooperation, expand the scale and scope of local currency settlement with partner countries, and develop off-shore Renminbi business and financial products in Belt and Road countries. China will strengthen cooperation with partner countries in the fields of education, science and technology, culture, sports, tourism, health and archeology, set up a big data exchange platform, and build a cooperation network of BRI think tanks.

Priority will be given to deeper cooperation in environmental protection, green development, ecological conservation, and therefore a "green Silk Road". In building a Silk Road for health promotion, China will strive to expand cooperation in medical care and health in such fields as the alert of communicable diseases, disease prevention and control, medical assistance and traditional medicine. On human resources cooperation, China proposed a vocational skills alliance to train and produce professionals in various fields.On the security front, China calls for fostering a governance model with Asian features and upholding common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security in Asia, and building a Silk Road for peace.

Taken together, the large markets and abundant resources of Belt and Road countries and their strong mutual complementarity offer huge potential and development prospects. “A good plan needs good timing to work, ” said an ancient Chinese philosopher. China is willing to work with Uzbekistan and all sides to grasp historic opportunities, address risks and challenges, and promote the Belt and Road Initiative in both breadth and depth.

First, build a cooperation network for mutual benefit. China will work with Belt and Road countries, follow the trend of the times, and carry on the spirit of the Silk Road, in an effort to strengthen trust, consolidate friendship, deepen cooperation, and increase mutual support. On the basis of the principles of voluntariness, equality and mutual benefit, we will join hands to build a win-win cooperation network for the Belt and Road Initiative featuring pragmatism, enterprise, inclusiveness, mutual learning, openness, innovation and common development, and contribute to the revitalization of the global economy.

Second, pioneer a new model of cooperation. China upholds the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, and synergizes development plans among countries joining in the Belt and Road Initiative. On that basis, China will carry out bilateral and regional cooperation and create a new cooperation model underpinned by liberalizing and facilitating trade and investment, focusing on connectivity, industrial cooperation and people-to-people exchanges, and enabled by mutually beneficial financial cooperation. China will continue to increase input and provide all-dimensional support for the initiative, so as to benefit all participants.

Third, build a multi-layer cooperation platform. China will work with partner countries to develop a new multi-player, all-dimensional and cross-sectoral platform of win-win cooperation. China will promote mutually beneficial cooperation among governments, enterprises, social institutions, and NGOs(non-governmental organizations). Enterprises and private capital are especially encouraged to take part.
