一带一路赋能合作 携手中加易货贸易谱写互利共赢新篇章

在“一带一路”倡议深化落实、中非经贸合作持续升温的背景下，2025年11月26日，新型易货贸易联合工作组牵头举办中国-加纳共和国新型易货贸易国际交流会。中加双方代表团秉持“等价置换、互利共赢”核心原则，共商合作大计，成功搭建新型易货贸易合作框架，会上确认签署三方备忘录，为两国经贸往来注入新动能。

In the context of the deepening implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative and the continued warming of Sino-African economic and trade cooperation, on November 26, 2025, the New Form of Barter Trade Joint Task Force led the China-Ghana Republic New Form of Barter Trade International Exchange Conference. Maintaining the core principles of “equivalent exchange, mutual benefit and win-win”, the Sino-Ghanese bilateral delegation discussed the grand plan for cooperation and successfully built a new form of barter trade cooperation framework. At the meeting, a three-party memorandum was confirmed and signed, injecting new dynamic energy into the economic and trade exchanges between the two countries.



物链控股（深圳）集团有限公司总经理、新型易货贸易联合工作组组长郝金江陪同加纳代表团参观展厅，全面介绍了工作组的发展历程和核心职能，重点推介中方在光伏产品供应、项目落地实施及新型易货贸易运作模式等方面的核心优势。加纳代表团则明确了本国需求，光伏组件、新能源电车、农机设备等产品，并表示加纳可提供咖啡、大豆等农产品开展易货置换。

Hao Jinjiang, General Manager of Supply Chain Holdings (Shenzhen) Group Limited and Team Leader of New Trade Swap Joint Task Force, accompanied the Ghana delegation to visit the exhibition hall. He gave a comprehensive introduction of the development history and core functions of the task force, emphasizing the core advantages of China in providing photovoltaic products, implementing projects on the ground, and operating the new swap trade model. The Ghana delegation clarified the country‘s needs for products such as photovoltaic components, new energy trams, and agricultural machinery equipment, and indicated that Ghana could provide coffee, soybeans, and other agricultural products for swaps.

经充分磋商，双方达成全方位合作共识，确立互利共赢合作准则，明确将聚焦三大重点推进合作：一是协同创新物流通关与交付模式；二是深化光伏等重点领域项目合作；三是落实分步推进机制，细化协议起草、需求清单对接及定期沟通等关键环节，保障合作高效落地。此次会上，双方正式确认签署三方备忘录，标志着中加新型易货贸易合作从共识迈向实质性推进阶段。

After full discussions, the two sides reached a comprehensive cooperation consensus and established mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation principles, clearly focusing on three major key points to advance cooperation: first, jointly innovating logistics customs and delivery models; second, deepening cooperation in key areas such as photovoltaic projects; and third, implementing a step-by-step promotion mechanism, refining key elements such as drafting agreements, matching requirements lists, and regular communication, ensuring efficient landing of cooperation. At this meeting, the two sides officially confirmed the signing of a three-party memorandum, marking the transition from consensus to substantial promotion of the new type of barter trade cooperation between China and Ghana.

此次交流会的成功举办，充分彰显“一带一路”倡议下中非合作的务实底色与创新活力。下一步，双方将以此次交流会为起点，以三方备忘录签署为契机，持续深化资源互补、拓展合作领域，着力构建光伏、新能源、农业贸易等维度的长期稳定合作关系，为推动中非经贸高质量发展、助力构建人类命运共同体贡献积极力量。

The successful holding of this exchange conference fully demonstrates the pragmatic background and innovative vitality of Sino-African cooperation under the Belt and Road initiative. Next, the two sides will take this exchange conference as the starting point and use the signing of the three-party memorandum as an opportunity to continue to deepen resource complementarity and expand the areas of cooperation. They will focus on building long-term stable cooperation relations in the dimensions of photovoltaic, new energy, agricultural trade, etc., contributing positively to promoting high-quality development of Sino-African economic and trade and helping to build a community of human destiny.
