The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is the abbreviation for the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road.

“一带一路”是“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的简称。

Proposed by China in 2013, it is a comprehensive international initiative. Guided by the core principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, it aims to promote global connectivity, enhance international cooperation, and achieve common development.

由中国于2013年提出，它是以共商、共建、共享为核心原则的综合性国际倡议，旨在促进全球互联互通、推动国际合作与共同发展。



Cooperation Scope

合作范围



The initiative has received positive responses from a wide range of countries since its inception. To date, China has signed Belt and Road cooperation documents with over 150 countries and more than 30 international organizations worldwide.

倡议提出后，得到众多国家的积极响应。截至目前，中国已与全球超过150个国家和30多个国际组织签署了共建“一带一路”合作文件。

The Republic of Kazakhstan / 哈萨克斯坦共和国



National Flag 国旗:
    Area 面积:2.7249 million square kilometers (the world's largest landlocked country). 272.49万平方公里（世界最大内陆国）。

Population 人口: Approximately 20 million (early 2025), mainly comprising ethnic Kazakhs, Russians, and others.

约2000万（2025年初），主要为哈萨克族、俄罗斯族等。
     Capital 首都: Astana.阿斯塔纳。
  Languages 语言:Kazakh is the state language; Russian is an official language and widely used.

哈萨克语为国语，俄语为官方语言且通用。
Historical Origins 历史渊源: A crucial corridor along the ancient Silk Road, historically influenced by Turkic, Mongol, and Russian cultures, forming a unique civilization that integrates nomadic and settled traditions.

古丝路重要通道，历史上受突厥、蒙古、俄罗斯等文化影响，形成独特游牧与定居交融的文明形态。
  Climate Feature气候特点: Dominated by a continental climate, featuring hot summers (temperatures exceeding 40°C in the south), cold winters (temperatures dropping below -40°C in the north), and temperature varies widely from day to night.

以大陆性气候为主，夏季炎热（南部气温达40°C以上），冬季寒冷（北部气温低至-40°C），昼夜温差大。
    Literature & Arts 文学艺术: The epic “Korkyt Ata” is widely celebrated. The dombra and kobyz are representative traditional musical instruments. The dance “Kara Zhorga” is full of strength and rhythm.

史诗《阔尔库特阿塔》流传广泛，冬不拉与库布兹是代表乐器，舞蹈“卡拉久尔”富有力量与节奏。
     Customs 民俗风情: The people are known for their hospitality, often welcoming guests with the “Saule” tea ceremony. They uphold the values of respecting the elderly and caring for the young, and common greetings include handshakes or hugs.

国民热情好客，以“撒乌勒”（茶礼）迎宾，崇尚尊老爱幼，见面常用握手或拥抱问候。
Traditional Handicrafts 传统手工艺: Felt making and embroidery are highly renowned. Their designs predominantly feature animal and geometric patterns in vibrant colors, widely used in clothing and home decor.

毛毡制作与刺绣享誉各地，图案多为动物纹与几何纹，色彩鲜艳，多用于服饰与家居装饰
