为认真落实“百校结好”倡议，搭建青少年跨文化交流桥梁，甘肃省人民对外友好协会与甘肃省教育厅拟于2026年联合举办第五届“一带一路”百校结好艺术展。本届艺术展以“艺联丝路 共颂和平”为主题，用笔墨绘就丝路长卷，用镜头定格友好瞬间，让世界青少年跨越国界，共赴友谊与和平的美好未来。现将有关事项通知如下：

In order to effectively implement the “100 Sister Schools” Initiative and build a bridge for cross-cultural exchanges among young people, the Gansu Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, in collaboration with the Gansu Provincial Department of Education, will jointly host the Fifth Belt and Road 100 Sister Schools Art Exhibition in 2026.

Under the theme “Connecting the Silk Road through Art, Celebrating Peace Together”, the exhibition aims to depict the grand panorama of the Silk Road through brush and ink, capture moments of friendship through the lens, and enable young people around the world to transcend borders and embrace a shared future of friendship and peace. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

2026年7月中旬：第二届“颂和平”敦煌艺术周

2026年下半年：英国哈彭登镇、新西兰

2026年7月至10月：每月一期线上双语展播（共四期）

四、参展对象

“百校结好”合作框架下的中外学校（含大中小学）师生、国际友好城市及友好组织的艺术爱好者。

IV. Participants

Teachers and students from Chinese and foreign schools (including universities, secondary schools and primary schools) under the “100 Sister Schools” cooperation framework, as well as art enthusiasts from international sister cities and friendly organisations.

五、投稿要求

V. Submission Requirements

（一）作品类型以绘画、书法、摄影为主，鼓励体现本国传统文化、风土人情、山川地貌和国际交往、科技创新等主题，需为原创作品。

(I) Works shall mainly include painting, calligraphy and photography. Submissions are encouraged to reflect traditional culture, local customs, landscapes, international exchanges, scientific and technological innovation, and other related themes. All works must be original.

（二）投稿需清晰注明作品名称、类型及尺寸，作者姓名、详细地址及所在单位（平面作品标注于背面右下角，立体作品标注于左下方）。

(II) Each submission shall clearly indicate the title, type and size of the work, as well as the author’s name, detailed address and affiliated institution (for two-dimensional works, the information shall be marked on the bottom-right corner of the reverse side; for three-dimensional works, on the bottom-left side).

（三）主办方对参赛作品享有展览、研究、摄影、录像、出版及宣传等权利。参展者必须拥有作品的完全所有权，未侵犯他人任何专利、著作权、商标权及其他知识产权。

(III) The hosts reserve the rights to exhibit, study, photograph, video-record, publish and publicise the submitted works. Participants must hold full ownership of their works, which shall not infringe upon any patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

（四）作品提交方式

(IV) Submission Method

国外参展者请于2026年5月20日前将作品图片及《参展作品回执》合并文件发至指定邮箱（276870690@qq.com），文件须注明“作品名称+作者+艺术类型+国家”。作品图片建议使用相机拍摄，分辨率300DPI以上，最小边长2000像素以上，文件大小在5MB左右。

For overseas participants, please send images of the works together with the Participation Form (attached) in one combined file to the designated email address (276870690@qq.com) by May 20, 2026. The file name shall indicate  “Title of Work + Author + Art Category + Country.” Images are recommended to be taken with a camera, with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher, a minimum side length of 2,000 pixels, and a file size of approximately 5 MB.

国内参展者请于2026年5月20日前将作品原件寄送至甘肃省兰州市安宁区十里店南街21号西北师范大学附属中学（联系人：刘琪，联系电话：19042619626）。

For domestic participants, please mail the original works by May 20, 2026 to:

（五）本次展览不收取任何费用。

(V) No fees will be charged for participation in this exhibition.

六、作品评审

组织专家对送展作品进行评审，向入选展出作品作者颁发《第五届“一带一路”百校结好艺术展入选证书》及《作品集》电子版，优秀作品将选送参加国外展览；对未入选作品作者颁发《参选证书》。

VI. Evaluation and Awards

Experts will evaluate all submitted works. Authors of exhibited works will receive a “Certificate of Selection” for the Art Exhibition and an electronic version of the Exhibition Album. Outstanding works will be selected for overseas exhibitions. Authors of non-exhibited works will receive a “Certificate of Participation”.
