如何申请到德国读行政管理或者公共管理的博士,最好有奖学金!?

欧是国内国内行政管理硕士毕业,请问各位前辈怎样申请到德国读相关专业的博士,最好能申请到奖学金!请各位大侠多多指教!

As far as I know, usually people need to contact with professors by themselves to ask whether there is a vacancy and what's their requirements, etc. Scholarship is always hard.

Sorry, I can't. You may have a look at the ranking for all German universities in your research area, or you can just try it one by one. Just find the homepages of professors, get some information and write email as inquiry. I used to do it in such a way.$汗$ It may spend you some time, but you can get the most completely information and chances in this way. If professors have vacancy and interest on you, they will reply you, and it is quite possible to get some opportunities. All the website for Germay universities are like this www.uni-XXXXX.de, and then you can find the relevant department and homepages of professors. Maybe you can just try it, good luck.~

老大，你的要求还很真高咧，德国没有专门的行政管理专业，所以你的问题没人能回答，唯一的希望就是下面这个行政管理大学，

另，就是你自己在各个大学的政治系或法律系找，看那个教授专攻这个方向，直接跟他联系即可。奖学金直接问教授，其他人谁也无法告诉你。这个专业想拿德国的奖学金，嘿嘿，看你的教授有多牛了:cool:
