先说一下我们的背景：
LG: 在德国念的master，现在正在xx学校念PHD的第一年，学经济。
我：正在德国念master.
LG F1, 我F2.

我和LG今天上午9点半左右到的美国大使馆,10点左右通过了安检到达等候大厅.我们到大厅时,好像只有3个签证官在面签,大约到11:30分左右,突然新开了3个窗口,这样变成了6个签证官.
11:45左右,被叫到我们的号,VO是个人30左右的女的,她是11:30以后新加的VO。上来先扫描我们的指纹，然后开始问问题。
VO：你在德国呆了几年了？
LG: 3年
VO: 那你现在在做什么？
LG: 我在xx念PHD.
ＶＯ：你为什么要去美国，为什么不继续在这念完？
ＬＧ：因为我现在我在的这个项目是个新的项目，有很多的不确定性在里面，我的目标是希望在完成ＰＨＤ的学习之后可以在中国的一流的大学里面当教授，如果我从这毕业，我不确定我是否可以在中国找到我希望的职位．
ＶＯ：你说的不确定性是什么？
ＬＧ：这个项目２００Ｘ年才成立．
ＶＯ：那这个学校以前没有这个专业吗？
ＬＧ：有这个专业，但没有类似我们这样的项目．
然后ＶＯ开始往计算机里面敲东西，
ＶＯ：你在这个项目里呆了多久？
ＬＧ：１０个月．
过一会儿，
ＶＯ：说很遗憾，我现在没法给你签证
ＬＧ：你能告诉我原因吗？
ＶＯ：I can't see you have a strong tie with your country of residence.
就这样，我们无情地被拒了：(

出来后我跟ＬＧ在讨论，ＶＯ所谓的 country of residence到底指德国还是中国？ＬＧ说应该是德国，我说如果是德国，岂不是有点慌谬吗？我是中国人，我说了要回中国不可以吗？

还有一点，今天在签证时ＶＯ的声音比较轻，她的问题，ＬＧ听的不是很清楚.

所以请大家帮我们分析分析，问题在哪？
如果回国签会好一点吗？
我们又还想再在德国再签一次，如果再被拒，会对以后回国签造成影响吗？

Maybe I have some experiences about this.
Yesterday morning I have also gone to Frankfurt
for F1 visa. It is checked. I am in Heidelberg.

For visa documents, the most important thing, I think,
is returning plan. Everything you describe should
have relation with China.

The current research, like my situation, is useless in China,
the future project, can find decent job in China.
Please summarize a detail report with statistical data
and fact. I think most Chinese students in Europe have
gradually forgotten English. Then I cannot believe most of us
can express ideas without a written detail report.

Another tip, for middle aged women, such kind of people
is most difficult to deal with. (My understanding)

It is not a good idea to go back to China. As far as
I know, last week my friend has made an appointment for F1
in Shanghai. The most early date is already in the end of
July.

我今天去法兰克福美国领事馆面签，成功签到，而且我所准备的一切材料他们都不需要我出示，就问了几个问题而已。:) :) :)

Actually, everyone should be careful for any possible difficult question
and then it will be easy to obtain the Visa. And vice versa...
