！！急问，怎么准确点用德语翻译下面这段文字呢??

投资组合是指由投资者或机构所持有的股票、债券、房地产、及其它金融工的集合 :
每样投资工具均有其特性，不同的投资工具于不同的市况亦会有不同的反应，举例来说，倘若我们的组合全是股票，则当股市出现震荡时，我们的组合便会大受影响，但若我们组合有一部份由债券构成，则当股市下泻时，债券便可作出稳定的作用，致使组合不会受严重影响。
一名投资者持有的资产组合，包括如股票、债券及共同基金等。投资者倾向持有超过一种的股票，债券及其他资产从而减低风险。


刚刚开始学习金融投资，最近在写报告，到底怎么用德语准确的表达呢，头疼，总觉得语法上拿不准，还有些专业的词汇，也不知道该用哪个，特来请教下经济方面的XDJM们！！万分感谢！！！:)

The portfolio means the gather of stocks,bonds,real estates,and other financial derivatives that the investor or the organization hold.
each financial derivative has its characteristic, different financial derivatives can show different reactions on different market situations, for instance, if all of our combinations are stocks, when the stock market appears vibration, our combination will be greatly subjected to the influence, but if one part of our combine is constituted by the bond, when the stock market descends , bond can make a function of stability, causing our combine not be seriously influenced.
An investor holds hhis property combinations, such stock,bond and mutual fund etc.. The investor tendes to holds more than one kind of stocks, bond or other properties in order to schrink the risk.
