concerning 和regarding 有什么区别吗

1.regarding is more formal than concerning
2. From the examples below you can see the different positions of the two prepesitions within the sentences. Of course, regarding can can also be postioned in the middle of a sentence.

the following is from a online dictionary
regarding formal
a word used especially in letters or speeches to introduce the subject you are writing or talking about [= concerning, with regard to]:
Regarding your recent inquiry, I have enclosed a copy of our new brochure.

concerning: about or relating to:
calls from young children concerning lost pets
the facts concerning Marr's car crash
