Job Description & Duties :
-Arrange travel plans including hotel, transportation, air ticket and etc., schedule appointment/teleconference and coordinate venue, participants and time.
-Manage GM's calendar and offer professional secretarial and administrative support on his daily operation, including paperwork as reports, meetings, presentation materials etc.
-Provide oral & written translation to the GM and attend meeting with the GM as needed
-Coordinate or organize any VIP's visit & big meeting events as needed, like Board meeting & snapshots
-Maintain close relationship with key offices in Dubai, HongKong and Mainland China administrations
-Keep track of major changes in Dubai government policies and appointments at the local & central government level
-Collect data and update key business measures for the GM as needed
Job Requirements :
-University graduate major in business or English preferred
-General understanding of business is required
-Detail-oriented and able to work independent, mature, smart, helpful and presentable
-Good interpersonal skill and strong problem solving skill
-Excellent language skills for both English & Chinese (Mandarin)
-Proficient in office applications of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
-Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and time Management skill
-Willing to relocate in Dubai
- Resume in Chinese and English is a must
