看病，医生给的账单比保险公司法定的（也可能是国家法定的，怪自己德语不好，没办法啊）要贵，现在医生竟然让我来支付其余的部分。
今天去问了该医生（牙医），他说保险上面说的只针对Doctor，不针对Dentist。难道牙医不是医生？虽然我当时反问了，但是他说两者不一样。
请问：1）出现这种情况，你们的账单都是如何处理的？
2）牙医不是Doctor？？

其他我不是很清楚,但是看牙的时候,会先让医生和保险沟通,沟通好了以后,告诉我大概需要支付多少才看的,急诊我没看过,牙一直没出什么大问题.

楼主如果是补牙，不用公立保险负责支付的最便宜的材料，就要自己交钱。

楼主如果是镶牙，是要自己掏钱的，除非去公立保险公司那里证明自己每月的收入低于900多，

公立保险会给你一笔资助，不过也不多，看你怎么镶牙，镶什么牙了。

如果将来想要好的牙，可以额外买牙科的保险。

谢谢大家关注。我只是牙疼，该医生看了以后就让我去另一个医生那里拔牙。所以他这里实际上并没有发生太多的治疗，但他收了121欧，而拔牙的医生仅仅收了16欧。另，他根本没有跟我解释他的条款，而我把所有的保险条款都给了他了。
ps：拔的 是智齿，根本u不需要补或镶的。

我既补过牙，也拔过牙，还有牙齿出现问题，查原因修复忙活了整整一个季度的。

We limited the doctors bills to 1,7 the fee is given in the Ordinance on Doctors Fees (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte).
That

means, the costs of out patient treatment is limited to 1,7 times the fee given in the Ordinance on Doctors Fees (GOEA), for technical medical treatment, it is limited to 1,3 times the fee, and for laborary, it is limited to 1,15. The limit (1,7 GOEA, 1,3 GOEA or 1,15 GOEA) stands in the Ordinance on Doctors. Your doctor know them. Your doctor is not comitted to take this fees. He can take the maximum rates of this "Gebührenordnung für Aerzte". This is leave by the doctor.

公立保险拔智齿是绝对免费的，我4颗都拔了，没有任何费用。

私保就不清楚了。。。但是如果需要自己付费，医生必须事先和病人沟通。

但是给那个医生看，他说跟他没关系。真是不可理喻啊

人家跟你说的很清楚了。他们只承担GOÄ的一定的倍数（1。7倍、1。3倍等等），医生则可以要求更多的（比如：2。2倍），超过的就要你自己承担，或者你在看病以前跟医生明确，你的保险公司只承担这么多，多了不行，如果医生不同意，你就只好换一家。
