昨天在网上看了个房子.然后写了邮件.今天收到房主的邮件,大概情况是，这个房子当时是买给自己在德国读书的女儿住的．现在回去了，所以把房子拿出来租．他在这边没有熟人加上身体原因不会到德国来，所以他决定通过dpd 来办．他说的步骤是这样，我把邮件原文贴上来，大家帮我看看．房子看照片不错，价钱也不错．押金要９００．以前没遇到过，所以有点担心遇到骗子．
Hello ,
First of all , I want to tell you that if you are ready to proceed with this transaction I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works
You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before your final decision to rent . I will pay the shipping costs.
This is how they work :
1) I will make the delivery papers at DPD.

2) After I will make the papers for delivery they will require for your payment confirmation of the first month and the guarantee deposit(430 EUR + 900 EUR= 1330 EUR) to the company .DPD will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody .
Also DPD will give you further instructions about the money deposit .

3) After the payment is confirmed the delivery process will start and when you will receive the keys, you will have 2 days inspection period before your final decision to rent .

4) If all is in order, you will instruct DPD to give me the money. Further rents will be sent directly to my bank account.

5) If you refuse to rent the apt , DPD will give you a full refund (1330 EUR) and you will give them back the keys and the contract.

我当初按照房子的地址去看了下，结果房子的主人说不认识这个人，而且这个房子也没有说要租。所以我立即马上去了polizei，没损失钱

只要看说是英国什么的肯定是骗子

ZDF还有报道，说有人买车被骗，德国人贪便宜的也多

房子这种东西，不见房东不挂弦

我当初刚收到这个email的时候那叫一个鸡冻啊！！！
本来找房就不容易，他给出的简直是天堂条件，房子完美到不行，价格还低得无法无天！
于是我在瞬间鸡冻了10秒以后，就觉得，这么诱人的馅儿饼，铁定有问题。
然后就上网各种搜，就发现。。。如假包换的骗纸。。。。
于是，继续回到残酷的现实中继续找房鸟

前两天法律版还说呢，还有在国外贴超萌狗狗照片要卖到德国来的骗子，有人看了狗狗萌得不行就要买，于是西联汇款过去，没完没了，今天朝你要这个航空费，明天要那个免疫费，都是一笔笔的骗局，到最后钱花了几百几千欧，屁都没捞着。
