Job Title:  On-site Engineer (Frankfurt Data Cente)                                                                    

Status: Contract, full-time

Eligibility to work: no work/visa restrictions

High Level Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for day-to-day operation of data center infrastructure

2. Assistin facilitating vendor repairs for tickets and installation of servers

3.Understand the requirements of 24x7 on-site supports

4.Responsible to enforce the facilities regulations and safety policies

5. EnsureSLA standards are met for all tickets

6. Providea clean work environment by ensuring the facility is clean

7.Executing daily walkthroughs of IT equipment and MEP equipment

Job Requirements：

1.Associates degree or above in a computer science or engineering discipline

2. Preferredwith large-scale data center on-site operating experience

3. Familiarwith data center power, machinery, fire, control system

4. Willingnessto learn more about IT infrastructure areas such as server platforms, storageserver platforms, server components, networking equipment, technologies andarchitectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices

5.Self-motivated and self-management ability, with strong problem analysis andcrisis thinking experience

6. Familiarwith the servers, network equipment, hardware installation, maintenance,troubleshooting processes and methods

7.  Able to accept working in multiple sites (Datacenters) within a region if required.

8. Abilityto communicate in German/English. Chinese speaking is preferred.

9. Excellent verbal and written communication
