职责 / Responsibilities
制定海外大客户开发策略与计划,负责客户画像与名单建立,进行系统性筛选与优先级排序。
主动通过多渠道挖掘潜在全球大客户,制定攻关策略并建立稳固合作关系。
管理已合作大客户全生命周期,深入挖掘需求,提升合作份额,定期回访复盘,协调资源确保交付。
更新客户信息、销售记录及预测,定期提交销售报告,提供市场反馈与战略建议。
根据业务需要制定年度/阶段性工作计划,分配任务,支持团队建设与流程执行,优化资源利用。
Develop and implement strategies for overseas key account development, including client profiling, list building, systematic screening, and prioritization.
Proactively identify and engage potential global key accounts through multiple channels, design effective strategies, and build strong partnerships.
Manage the full lifecycle of existing key accounts: uncover client needs, expand business share, conduct regular reviews, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth delivery.
Update client information, sales activity records, and forecasts; submit regular reports with business updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
Formulate annual/phase work plans, allocate tasks, support team building, oversee process execution, and optimize resource utilization.
招聘要求 / Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语、市场营销等相关专业优先;有海外学习或工作经历者优先。
- 5年以上B2B汽车行业外贸销售经验,其中至少3年专注国际大客户开发与管理。
- 英语听说读写流利,能高效进行商务谈判;掌握第二外语(如日语、韩语、德语等)者优先。
- 精通大客户销售方法论,具备战略思维、市场敏锐度、良好的人际关系构建能力及抗压与团队合作精神。
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, or related fields; over
- seas study or work experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years focused on international key account development and management.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for effective business negotiations; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, German) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of key account sales methodologies; strategic mindset, market sensitivity, strong relationship-building skills, resilience, and team spirit.
