1.工程、复合材料、高分子科学、化学或相关专业学位;
2.具备复合材料及/或转子叶片制造领域相关背景;
3.良好的沟通能力;
4. 英语和中文流利，德语流利的优先考虑;

11.具有在欧洲、印度、美国和/或中国的工作经验。

岗位职责:
1.为风电、轨道交通、汽车、航空航天及其他高科技复合材料部件制造领域的客户提供技术支持;2.在客户现场完成公司环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸产品的应用验证;
3.在客户实验室验证通过后，为其产品量产过程提供现场技术支持;
4.与上海总部各部门及客户保持沟通协作;
5.管理客户与总部之间的认证项目;
6. 主导或支持项目会议;
7. 必要时参与现场问题排查与解决;
8.与原材料及相关设备供应商保持联系;
9.持续关注国际EHS(环境健康安全)及REACH法规的动态发展;
10.代表公司与客户对接，将客户需求转化为新业务机遇，并推广新产品。

Position: Technical Support Engineer(wind energy & non-wind composites)Location:Germany
Position Requirements:
1. degree in engineering, composites, polymer science, chemistry or similar;
2. background in composites and/or rotor blade manufacturing;
3. good communication skills;
4. Good command of English, and Chinese is a big plus;
5. 'Customer pays our salaries'attitude;
6. Able to work in different environments and cultures;
7. Independent, flexible, self-motivated and positive attitude;
8. Able and willing to travel globally (India, China, US, EU);
9. Understand customer composite manufacturing processes;
10. Experience with Infusion, Pultrusion, Pre-Preg, Filament winding, RTM etcisa plus;
11. Work experience in Europe, India, US and/or China.

Qualifications:
. Provide technical support to composite manufacturing customers forapplications in Wind Energy, Railway, Automotive, Aerospace and other high-tech composite parts;
. Qualify TECHSTORM's Epoxy, PU, Acrylic products at customer;
. Onsite Support of TS products during implementation (after lab approval) andin serial production;. Communicate and Cooperate with different departments in Shanghai headquarter and customer;
. Manage approval project(s)between customer and HQ;
. Leading, supporting project meetings;
. Trouble shooting if required;
.Keep contact with raw material- and relevant equipment suppliers;
. Follow up of international critical EHS/REACH developments;
.Represent Techstorm at customers, convert their questions in newopportunities and introduce new products.
